put the wheel on a piece of cardboard or blanket to protect your rim.

The wheel come out, chain and sprocket stay in place ? Which shop manual do you use?

Yep, the chain and sprocket will hang out when you take the wheel off. I have a pdf manual version of the factory manual I printed out. I'm checking for another guy to see if I still have the file.

Dust the tube with baby powder or talc, also helps on the tyre to help mount them.
