After my diagnosis , having matastasis prostate cancer, I even did'nt stop : in every 3th week after a chemo-course, I did it again, and I felt better than normal !-It made me even decide to convert
a 500 litres chestfreezer into an icebath(will I ever reach the next winter again with this quality of life) so I did !

Stuck in crippling chronic neuropathic pain, your method every day is helping me SO much to recover ‘health strength and happiness’. Happy birthday sir, I'll never forget the feeling of helplessness and panic i felt freaking out as I hastily searched for a breathing technique to calm me down. By chance I clicked on the bubble breathing technique and within the space of 11 minutes, my fear and panic subsided (partly because it knocked me out) but also because it taught me to accept the feeling rather than fight against. I have done the breathing everytime I feel a strong waves of anxiousness or panic and (nearly) everytime it has taken me back to earth. I know the wim hof method is about cold exposure as much as breathing and I perhaps certainly need to practice more cold exposure, but from all of those people who needed a sense of calm and control in their most vulnerable and terrified moments - Thank you

I’ve been using your method since 6 or 7 years now and I’m 61 and my body is good looking ( 5’10´´ and. 160 pounds) pants size 31 lean and muscle!! Thank to 32 years work out, quit alcohol and cocaine since 28 years now ( thanks AA) when I started to follow a spiritual path.
Life is not easy but it worth it if our mission and / or goals include to help others.

I turned 65 last fall, felt kind of old, but only due to the struggle with my body - been such a "tuff girl" up to when the issues started. I am nowhere near as far along with your method as I hope to get, but I am working on it!!
