These characters come from The Book of Boba Fett streaming series, The Bad Batch Disney+ series, and Return of the Jedi. Thanks, Luke! There are some really great cards in in this wave for sure. None of them disappointed me. And yeah, now that I have more free time on my hands again, I can get back in front of a camera more often. You know what I like to say, "I like me some me, especially some me on TV!" haha! Nice figs. You expanding your collection I remember it was mostly stormtroopes. Maybe it's just me but when I seen the Han solo fig I thought they dressed chevy chase up. 🤔 that new helmet that's coming out looks good
You remember the good old days for sure, Michael! I used to just stick to a very small niche of figures. Then one day? POW! Full convert! haha! And THAT'S who this figure looks like! Thank you! I couldn't put my finger on it. But you're right. Chevy Chase from the 80s for sure. And yeah, we have some great new Black Series helmets coming son. Can't wait to get my hands on them!
The wave arrived on June 13-14 in Montreal Canada but I was in Europe. Picked up two Vader because why not! The cardback is amazing!!! The RotJ Vader uses the Dark Times (Kenobi) sculpt from last year which is all-new compared to Rogue One. New style of hips, rocker ankles (like the small TBS based on Revenge of the Sith), vertical hinges on the wrists including swivels, double barbell for the head with chin piece over the shoulder armor as it’s always meant to be, shoulder armor is independent from the arms movement. The best Vader of this scale.
For the portrait, I’m mixed on that opinion. I’m a little more forgiving for this one than I would be for the TBS release later this year which I’ll keep carded and eventually get the regular release.

Nice pick up, Scolio! And I agree, this Darth Vader is a pretty stunning figure. You know WAY more about the construction of them than I do. I appreciate all that extra info. I'm strictly an on-card collector with this line, so I miss out on seeing a lot of the build details, articulation and pose-ability. @@PaulsCollectibles No problem. The Dark Times Vader is what made me jump into TVC and that was a happy little accident. I did have the POTF2 Flashback Photo Vader when I was 10. I’m an opener (Cal Kestis is the sleeper hit this year) but I’d to make an exception for this release. Can’t wait for Cad Bane.
I love that I get the up close on these Vintage Collection figures. Yea I don't think you need the 2 Han Solo's in this wave and they should have doubled up on Howzer but what do we know lol. My favorite card is Darth Vader in this wave and I have to say I really like the Tusken Warrior (probably my favorite figure of the wave) but you can never go wrong with a clone. It sucks that the cards got damaged from the bubbles not cool hasbro. Thank you for the nice up close look at this wave.
Hey, Ryan! And see? It's not just me. So many people have agreed with my assessment of how they number the figures in these cases. Oh well. And yeah. The bubble to card damage on these is the worst I've seen yet. I hope they get that figured out soon, since I mostly by them for the card backs. Thanks for always stopping by!

Can you do a top10 of your favourite helmets video that will be interesting they are bringing out a battle damaged darth vader coming out soon

I wouldn’t be happy with those marked card backs! You’d think they’d realize that they need to slightly increase the box size when they adjusted from thin to thicker card stock! Seriously, sort your 💩 out Hasbro. Strange doubles in this wave also…
Holy crap, Gary! Good point. I never put two and two together to understand why we are suddenly having this "bubble damage" problem and you nailed it. It's the dang new thicker card stock. So they fixed one problem only to create another by not resizing the shipping cases. DAMN! I agree with you. Hasbro needs to get they act together on this ASAP! And the doubles NEVER make sense in these cases, do they? So odd...
its's strange that the Vader and tuskan warriors are going for above rrp when two each came in a case. howzer we all knew regardless was gonna command a premium on the resale market cause all clones do but weequey isn't going for above rrp on the market and only one of him...? i feel like in years to come he will command a higher premium but right now i don't understand why he is so cheap especially here in the uk
That is weird, Bob. I had no idea that was going on. The really strange thing to me is that people are paying extra for them, but they are still readily available at retail, and in many cases, haven't even started arriving yet. I've never really understood the secondary market and how prices are fixed, anyway, so it's all a mystery to me! haha! Thanks for stopping by and checking out the video!

Howzer is sadly the worst one because he uses an obsolete mold.
That's a fair point, SimpleClone, and I can't really disagree with you. With that recent new Phase II mold we got, they really missed an opportunity to do this figure right this time around. I admit, I just get so giddy some times when we get new trooper figures, I have a hard time being as critical as I should be. I appreciate you stopping by and checking out this video!
