- in this video I am showing you an upgraded bypass valve and the reason why we fit it over the stock unit . the stock unit can fail regularly on tuned cars especially when hybrid turbos are fitted. part number is forge FMDVRMR

I tried to unscrew it and ended up with a broken screw :/ so i left the old valve attached with just two screws.
Could you do a walk through of how you drill the hole and install the hose? Also could you list part numbers?
Hello my friend, love your content, was hoping you could help me, i have a clicking coming for the unit attached to the back of the engine, it's a little plastic unit directly center at the back on the top.

Hi there. That is the Purge valve . Normal operation is for it to click on and off intermittently to vent vapour pressure from the fuel tank into the engine. It sounds like yours is working as normal.
@@garymgzs280 Ty for your reply it's clicking constantly and loudly, it's gets faster with increasing rpm. It's very noticeable and when I hold my hand on the part I can feel a constant ticking. Does that sound normal? Thank again
do have a part number or link for the part you drilling into the intake manifold

Can you give me the part Number of the Forge Valve please ? I cant find it
I really need some help, got 2006 saab 2.8, misfiring and engine juddering, changed plugs and coils, oil and filter and its still there. Checked injectors they are all good. Any suggestions? 😢
Could be timing chain jumped. Any error codes. Does it misfire constantly .
I've seen a few injectors stick open . Could be that
@garymgzs280 Yes, it's constant, I've even tried higher quality fuel and injection cleaner, and nothing is working.

Could be the variable valve solenoids VVT's. They can affect performance. Remove and clean or replace
Why are all your videos quality trash it's purple and green... can't see anything
Not sure what you mean. They stream in good quality. Lot of people use them and find them helpful. Maybe your country settings are changing what you can see .
@@garymgzs280 I'm confused too, maybe it's how it was recorded as it works fine on a phone but not on a big screen where everything else works... I do like the videos they are helpful
