The magic shield that KK has extends to women in business. My cousin is an accountant for large construction firm that lost a great deal due to a bad decision by a female manager. When my cousin( also female) criticised the decision and pointed out how much that cost, she was told to be quiet. She couldn't criticise another woman. If a man cost the company that much money, he would be gone already. And labelled as incompetent.
