@@nichollisschmidt7932 Cummins do run forever but as someone who’s family sells both Chevy and dodge it is proven time and time again if you maintain 2 truck exactly the same and put around the same miles every year the Chevy will structurally stay together longer dodges tend to rot in places that are integral to truck. Both Awsome a dodge will out tow a Chevy and out plow a Chevy but when it comes to abuse nothing can kill a gas or diesel Chevy if left stock.

I'm tired of the unnecessary hate on the honda ridgeline look I know it's not a body on frame vehicle with 4wd and with a big v8 or whatever but it wasn't designed to be that it was designed for someone that wanted truck like practicality but the comfort and drivability of a car and the ridgeline is best at that.

I've driven it 12k miles and haven't been nice at all to it and I haven't had any problems so far. the spark plug issue depends on the year, size of the engine, engine # of valves, and engine manufactured location. I think i got the one year 4.6L with the good # of valves and the Windsor engine which is the slightly better version. I've mainly only heard the spark plug problem in the 5.4L and 3 valves. still a great truck though. only time will tell.

It's super clean inside and out, RWD and has the 7.3 IDI, which I didn't really mind. I drove it perfectly fine for about a week, before I learned the previous owner must've driven it without oil for extended periods of time. The whole block was warped and when the pump blew I had to rip the whole engine out and put a new one in with a Banks turbo for 5k. It really put a dent in my savings, but I'm starting to recover. When I have the extra money down the road I want to put running boards, a 3" body lift (I think they work well on OBS') and black AM Baja's (16x10 -25) wrapped in 235/85 Falken Wildpeaks.

Don't forget the second gen 24valve cummins also had a line of bad blocks manufactured in Brazil that would break do to the engine heat over time. The tall tale sign of this is the exhaust manifold would crack and then a few months later a large crack in the block would form. Me and my uncle had to fully build an engine for it because that happened and cummins even said the Brazilian blocks are junk. Then four years ago we swapped the original 5-speed out for an aftermarket 6-speed which this past year we blew out hauling a boat since the transmission was as basic as can be but the engine was bulked up.

I like how the 11th gen f150 in there other video was rated in the top 5 best beginner trucks to buy lmao the 5.4 3v found in the 2004-2010 f150s did not have the spark plug issue that was the 2v's only bad thing about a 3v is the cam phasers

I am a current 6.0 Powerstroke owner, would not trade it for anything. She got 309k on her and the only thing i did to the engine was replace an injector. And that was at 279k miles. The only mod i did to it was 4 inch turbo back exhaust. When it does die, it will have a place on the farm to rust away in peace.
Didnt see any Chevs on the list....LOL!

Yes I bought a Pit-Hole still today as a female 1500Hemi ! Need to sell a MINT so we can get a farm truck because too clean for us! Hubby 2500 perfect for him.
Yet we bought a MINT 2005 un-raped 2 owner garage kept 150k original mile Dodge 3500 Cummings long bed (not dually) 6 speed. & MINT! All records very clean & no cracks. We have 2500, 1500 (newly owned for 8 years) , & Dakota.... all 2-3 owners

Man ford changed the plugs for the 5.4 only issues are the timing chains / phasers my 06 f150 lasted over 200k of heavy towing and abuse with never putting a part into it besides maintenance I now have a 5.0 but I still believe my old f150 handle towing way better
