Back on Enigma's Cold War Server in DCS and back in the Viggen. I was joined on this by FlameHaze and Marknow also in Viggens, all doing various ground strikes. Culminating in the most evil thing I've ever done in DCS.

I now remember what I did wrong doing the iron bombs.
I forgot the target needs to be between the circle and the dot. with the dot being very far down the hud.
Helo pilots are not people so I see no crime here

Cant wait for Phantom II limb syndrome where we have waves of supersonic Low level Bombers . DO you think the Phantom release may overshadow the Viggen ? they can both perform extremely fast low level bombings but ( I Believe ) the f4E II may be a more competent Air to air threat?
Yeah, I can definitely see the phantom muscling into the viggen's role and maybe eclipsing it. Will be interesting to see how it ends up being balanced on various servers with various loadouts
Is Viggen the easiest high-fidelity module to start with ?
I'd probably say the F-5 is. Very straight forward, very capable, really not much to learn. Viggen has the easiest start up, but there's quite a lot to remember when it comes to weapon employment with its various modes
Btw, bext time try changing the spacing between bombs to be shorter (there's switch somewhere between weapon selection and single/group switch) to not waste so many bombs on the fields)
Problem is too short and the HE mod causes the bombs to detonate eachother

@@therocinante3443 ECW runs a mod that increases the splash damage of HE weapons to make them actually useful. Default DCS really doesnt simulate explosions well so high explosive weapons are kinda pointless.

Yes, and oil rigs out in the single sea zone. Can take them out with helicopter drops
