- Everything is coming together nicely so far, but I have a feeling I run out of luck during the next episode. Installed the transmission, swing arm, and rear drive and the BMW is that much closer to riding some trails!

She is gonna be a beautiful bike man. Got a 1981 KZ 750 and a 1980 Yammy XS1100 broke in my garage now. The KZ is almost ready to put back together. Too lazy to film and edit so thank you for putting in the effort. I have enjoyed watching you work on your bike while I cant work on mine!
Thanks, I think so too! I'm not sure I mentioned it on the channel yet but I'm prepping now for a weekend rally across Florida, should be a good time. Those sound like some fun projects, I've seen some mean looking XS1100s. Yeah, taking the extra time to film and edit everything has added countless hours to this project but I feel like it's worth it. Thanks for watching!

while it was apart might consider checking the clutch plates for wear and see if they need replacing....
Oh yeah, I got a peak in there and the clutch looked good.
Did you go with a wider rear tire?
Yep! Havent shown them in a video yet but currently have the Shinko 804 (100/90/19) and a rear Shinko 704 (120/80/18). Love them so far.

@@DispatchMoto thanks for the quick reply. also, would a 130 fit in the rear or is 120 the largest you can go without modification?
@@TheGooniesChannel No worries! 120 is already cutting it pretty close. A 130 may rub but can't be entirely sure. Do you have an Instagram? I can send you over some close ups of the rear wheel and you can make the call.
