This is all found in taking on the identity of Jesus. As a child we learn ego just to survive. We put away childish ego once we realize we can’t control the world or anyone else or even ourself and only once we put our identity in Jesus do we find true peace because only He is ultimately in control and is peace.
Ah yes, let's make it an external factor. Because we can't possibly hold all our experiences within us.

I’m being sincere. I believe Jesus is the giver of eternal life to everyone that believes in Him for it. I believe He is the ultimate purpose of life. There’s a lot of wisdom is what is shared in this video..but I believe it’s missing one main point and that’s who the author of existence is…Jesus.
