Traeger Timberline 850 Brined & Smoked Turkey Breast

it's time to get those grills and smokers out... i use my son's traeger Timberline 850 in this video which is a really good smoker...i also show how fast it heats and the how the bottom grate fits in the center position which allows for a lot of stuff in the middle of the grill...t's almost summer time!!! watch this brined turkey beast recipe on this pellet grill and see what you think.

Hi John I love watching your videos it’s therapeutic to watch I’ve been watching you using your air fryer to sous vide steak unfortunately, in the UK the ninja air fryers do not have the sous vide function😢 I was hoping to purchase ninja speedy would you recommend that I purchase instant pot pro crisp air fryer which does have sous vide function in the uk is your Insta pot pro crisp 1500w yours is definitely the best videos on air fryers very in depth great information 👍 the speedy has a slow cook function can you still sous vide a steak? I think there are a lot of choices out there for sous vide but I have honestly found that the one lid or the speedy do a sufficient job... but so would most of the instant pot devices I have used and being they do so many other functions and are always on my counter thru are the ones I end up using... so either of those do what I need in 9 out of 10 of my needs
