Salt 2.7g
High sugar resistant dry yeast 1.8g
Milk 101g
Whole egg liquid 36g
Unsalted butter 11g
Creamy Red Bean Paste
Honey red beans 260g
Light cream 50g
Baking temperature
Gobic t60s wind stove oven 185℃ 8 minutes
Cass 750s open-hearth oven, baked at 210℃ and 180℃ in 10 minutes
