I am a 51 yr old woman (& my guess is older than your normal demogaphic) who started watching this channel when it was still named Asian Beauty Secrets which appealed to me because I am half Asian. In the past, I relied on the hype & advertising of a product to select what I used on my skin which was ok. But after watching your channel & learning about skin care ingredients & what they do for your skin, I was able to make more educated choices for my skin care needs which resulted in my skin being the best it’s ever been. Thank you again & keep up the great work you do.

very dry but combo rn human here. i’ve been wanting to try it out for years but just haven’t. my go to’s are laneige cream skin, haru haru black rice toner, sioris time is running out, peach and lily dew essence. @@alienpotatosquid7850 ive used both the laneige and the pyunkang yul before and while i loved the laneige i think i love the pyunkang yul more!! it’s super hydrating (i have insanely dry skin) and feels much much more lightweight and really almost refreshing to apply?? so i don’t feel like im losing anything in terms of hydration. if u do decide to buy it make sure u check both yesstyle and amazon/any other places u might purchase bc the prices change all the time!!

I still love the 9wishes face wash💙 I did have my friend who has extremely sensitive skin try it. It actually irritated her skin. I was surprised because for me it was very gentle. I love the pukangyul essence and their moisturizer too! It is perfect for grumpy skin. I think watching your videos has really helped me want to take care of my skin. Where do I even start!!? Well let me just say how much I love you two and this channel and the meaning of beauty within!! So because of my deep love and obsession with skincare my collection has grown!! A LOT!.. 😊 and majority of what I use is because of Fel and Ro !! So I love purito deeps sea water cream and the centella green serum and sunscreen.. Also Kraves Matcha cleanser and Barrier relief ... Glow recipe banana souffle cream and watermelon sleep mask.. Bentons green tea serum and toner! Sidenote the tea tree serum is absolutely amazing!! Its fragrance free and light weight and unlike any other tea tree product out there!! I also have First Aid Beauty ultra repair serum and cream and wild oat toner these are amazing products!!! I love my beauty of joseon calming serum!!! I have tried and loved Farmacy green clean cleansing balm and used up the exfoliating papaya toner in the green bottle as well as the cherry eye cream! I have used up Iuniks calendula cleansing oil!! Sooooo good!! I have purchased the Mizon snail cleanser and loving it! I just recently got the two products I have been wanting forever!! The Isntree Hyaluronic Toner plus and the Axis Y glow serum!!!! So good! I am almost out of my Naturium skin Retinol complex serum and Niacinamide cleansing Gele and cream.. And I have a back up Peach and Lily matcha pudding!!!! Need more of the Peach and lily cleanser its one of my Favs!!! But one of my prized possessions.......drum roll please!! HaruHaru black rice toner!!!!! O and don't forget the Bonajour green tea water bomb!! One more thing I want to personally recommend is the Thank you Farmer Light Sun Essence and the Murad essential C sunscreen!! Its amazing and I love the scent! I'm sure I forgot something.... I swear by the Pyunkang Yul toner. I have normal to oily combo skin and I misspent my youth not taking care of my face unfortunately. So its only in the last five years that I've gotten my act together. I have just purchased my second bottle of this toner.

I used to love OSEA when I first went vegan. Then when I started learning more about skincare I started using that muddy cleanser to wash pits lol. The essential oils are overkill for that brand. And it's so expensive.

Hi eonnie , I've a question with a problem. I'm 17 and I've a combination skin. I've started a skincare routine it may be 7 days. I washed my face and applied toner. Right after that (after 10/5 minutes ) i uesd SPF cream but i felt burning sensation on my cheek area and chin. What should I do now. I don't use make up. U can say I'm not fond of it. Can you please suggest me a skincare routine just with a facewash , toner and SPF cream ? 😭😭😭 Help please eonnie!! I love it how you guys describe everything to us. ❤️
Heyy, youtubers generally can't reply with specific advice, especially if it seems like it's asked directly to them, because of liability, that might be why they didn't answer. It sounds like those products you used didn't agree with your skin though. Try a patch test (put the product on a different part of your skin) to see which one it was, and don't use that any more, and check the ingredients to see if you can figure out what it was

Can anyone please tell me how long a purging phase is? I've been using By Wishtrend's Mandelic Acid since January. I didn't have any pimple before except one or two pimple during that time of month. But suddenly I started purging badly. After a purging phase, I got clearer skin. Then again another long purging and stopped using it in March as I couldn't take it anymore. I again started using the exfoliator in June. Already done with one purging and seems like another new purging is coming. Is it normal?

Can I use bha on my nose daily? My nose is soo oily and I did everything but I found out that usinf an exfoliating on my nose everyday helps with blackheads
Honestly exfoliating is kinda something you don’t want to do often so maybe every other day is better to give your skin a break? That being said idk how intense 2% is for SA in general. But yeah if you notice any sensitivity switch to using it less immediately

@@Hadeel-rt2kl yeah I know! That’s why I’d say every other day for your nose so it doesn’t get too stripped. Oily skin can also be dehydrated so if you strip too much oil it’s reaction will be to overcompensate so maybe every other day is a safer bet at least to keep your oil production lower

Krave was a hot no for me. The cleanser was drying and stripping to my combination skin and the moisturiser was never sufficient.
what cleanser do you use?
it stripped my extremely dry/ mildly combo skin too much too! my holy grail which i found after i emptied the krave cleanser is the holifrog tashmoo water lily milky wash. it feels almost like a first step cleanser in its nourishing ability. my first time using it i patted my skin and felt like i could *almost* wait a minute before restoring moisture! it’s a bit pricy ($38, i’ve never spent this much on a cleanser) but it’s so good to my skin and i get it either on sale or with cash back through rakuten on dermstore or sites like it. i also am able to afford it bc i don’t wash my face in the morning.
if you can afford it and are looking for a cleanser, i highly recommend! i think some people (even dry folx) may find it “too nourishing” for summer but here in southern california and with my skin it works great all year.

Hi Lis! Thank you for dropping a comment 😘building your own routine can definitely be overwhelming.. As long as you have all the knowledge you need, sometimes you just have to start dipping your toes in the water and trying products you feel slightly more confident in, slowly but surely you will find your routine!
I destroyed my skin with the Paula's choice bha. I'm pretty sure I was using it too often back then. Still scared of trying it again though.
It’s funny to me because I either hear people hate it or people love it and no in between. Personally I love it and it’s saved my skin but you are definitely not the first one to say it has destroyed their skin
I hope you give it another shot!! I love mine. I use it 2-3 times a week on specific areas only. And my bf uses it every day with no concern.
@@DC-ki7ej I will definitely consider it. I really do believe it was user error because I was trying to use it everyday. 2-3 times a week is what I should have been doing I realize now. Back then I used way too much of everything.

The la roche posay cleanser & serum really break my skin. I never had that with a product. That really irritated my skin. And zits from. Im never going to buy la roche posay products.
combo skin human here...that pyunkang yul toner....is really not it ㅠㅠ i use it as my night routine and i wake up with the most flawless cheeks everyday but my nose area, my god its terrible 😭 i think its been the worst its been for a year now and everytime one heals another one grows immediately,

Totally agree with you. I'm actually kinda shocked that they recommended several products because they "instantly fell in love with it" without trying them for a long time and after some time they realized that the products aren't as good as they thought. Then why didn't they test them for a longer period of time? I feel kinda betrayed as a subscriber because most people subscribed to this channel trust their opinions and will buy products according to their recommendations...
Honestly, I wouldn't be so harsh with them. I've been watching this channel for a few years now. And it's pretty obvious that this channel has evolved and also the hosts changed and their opinions about things as well. But as with every piece of advice you should take it with a grain of salt. I've you don't have enough money you shouldn't buy something you can't afford anyway. And even if the hosts say they love something, doesn't mean you will as well. They often mention that everyones skin is different and caring about your skin is a journey where you need to test and try different things and also learn about the topic. Considering the amount of products they have and get send you shouldn't be suprised if they don't test it for a long amount of time. You can learn a lot from these ladies and i personally found some really good products here but also some that were quite disappointing. What i can recommend is get a general idea of your skin's needs by trying different things and don't impulse buy something. Really think about if you really need the recommended product of a video and make your decision more slowly and conciously.
