Mod Review - Animal Clean + Animal HUD

- Today we take a look at two great mods that relate to our animals. First up we have an update to the Animal HUD mod that will display information about our animals on screen. The second will teach these Animals how to clean up after themselves in the Animal Clean mod.

I converted the old Animal Table Manners mod for my own use, and I had it working mostly, but it couldn't handle the time compression that happens when I sleep overnight, so I'd have to go and clean up in the morning but not have to mess with it again for the rest of the day. I'll have to compare the script from the new version of Animal Clean and see what's different.
I would like to see an ajusted table manners mod, on that makes it a longer time before u have to clean after the animals. Makes it a little more real.
Looks like the clean mod works fine on normal map. I am playing on Stevie's Fenton Forest 4x with Seasons. Not sure if it is a map characteristic or a Seasons characteristic, but I am feeding my cows nothing but TMR. The mess they make on the ground is only silage. I don't really want that to go back into the trough since they will not be eating it as long as there is TMR available. I am much better off picking it up and using it to make more TMR.
Thats normal FS19 that the cow dirt is silage no mater what you feed them.
@@FarmerKlein But I watched the numbers in your video. When you used the clean mod the silage number did not go up.
would you know how to make the word Total Mixed Ration on the cows HUD to TMR as its too long and covers %
I suspect it would require a script to change the display name of an in game fill type.
Hi thanks for replying. its just that the words Total Mixed Ration is a bit too long so covers, the liters and %. its ok if you decrease font size but then its too small to read. I have asked the author on modhoster but he dont reply
Hey FK, I have a problem I am hoping someone might help me with. Every time I buy any type of animal, as soon I purchase the animal, it starts me out at 21% productivity. I have all necessary items in the green, but it still starts me out at 21%. Every one of my animals die within the first day. I have tried everything I can think of , but nothing seems to work. I have even reloaded my game and it still happens. I am operating on a PC. Any suggestions? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated!
sounds like you have a conflict with seasons. remove any mod other than seasons that would have any thing to do with animals or their food and start with that. then youcan add things back until you figure out what the issue is.

sure i use animal clean on maps to this day when I don't want to deal with cleaning up after them.
Too bad nobody has made a mod for making Animal husbandry in FS19, worth a damn. They introduced horses, which actually generate decent money, and shat on everything else.
Your free to create one to make the animals suite your wishes or needs. That's where most other mods come from is someones desire to make the game work a way they wish.
Your videos are too long. I get it you're trying to keep those view minutes up so the $$ come in, but my dude I honestly watch all your videos on 1.5x or 2x. You don't need a 15 minute video to show these two mods. This should be a 7 minute video. Anyway, I appreciate the work you put in, I'm not trying to discourage you, I think shorter vids might get you more views.
Your going to just need to trust me that the duration of the video has nothing to do with the pennies that monitization brings in. The video is as long as it needs to be to convey the information. Could it be done in a more condensed fashion. I'm sure it could be. I'm glad you enjoy watching the videos at 2X and playing it at that pace works for you. You can also feel free to jump forward in the event you feel I am drudging along to slowly. As an aside the average view duration for my channel is under 6 minutes. But I am not going to try to fit every video I do into a 6 min window as a result. Watch as much or as little as you feel you need.
