Kakashi Hatake is among my favorite characters in all of fiction. His cool, calm, somewhat sarcastic nature has always made me feel like he is the perfect mentor to train under. The way he is in complete control is just so perfectly written. Having had a rocky past, having his faith in what is right shaken by his father’s suicide, Kakashi closed off from the world. The once prideful boy who cherished his friends and set them so high on his priorities that he would sacrifice everything for them, slowly changed, his heart darkened after his father, a man with the same ideals, chose his friends over the mission, screwed up royally, and was then reviled to the point of suicide. This caused Kakashi to place his priorities on the mission and forget about his friends. Something his rival (And I use “Rival” loosely), Obito Uchiha, could not stomach. After telling Kakashi exactly what he believed about those who would sacrifice their friends for the mission, a belief Obito was willing to die for. This forever changed Kakashi as he would eventually reclaim his faith in that philosophy, carrying it within him forever, along with the Sharingan his friend had gifted him. During his battle with Kaguya though, Kakashi managed to Awaken a dual Mangekyo Sharingan. As I watched this, I couldn’t help but wonder “What if Kakashi were an Uchiha from the start?” And that is what lead me to this what-if. The concept of Kakashi being the one with the Sharingan instead of Obito?

I love the comedic inputs throughout the story the funny little jokes like "we love you sakura"
Sakura completely ignored Naruto even after he saved her multiple times and just kept chasing after Sasuke even after he tried to kill her
He used to be half of one, and still had insane power. Kakashi as a full uchiha would be insanely op
he wasn't half of an uchiha, his eye was uchiha, that doesn't change your entire dna structure does it?

He wasn't a half Uchiha. If Kakashi was or had Uchiha ancestry he would have been able to operate the sharingan with less of the extreme chakra/stamina drain.
Yeah Kakashi throughout the entirety of Naruto and Naruto Shippuden, Kakashi was technically being nerfed by the sharingan when it comes to everything Chakra related.
Canonically after the War Arc in exchange for his sharingan haxes he grew extremely stronger via all his physical and chakra related stats.
Despite not having the Sharingan anymore guess what, he still remembers every justu he copied. Can also use them.
So as a full Uchiha Kakashi wouldn't have any of the chakra drain problems would be Post War Arc Kakashi in terms of physical stats with the haxes of 2 sharingans. OP

Okay this will seem annoying but I want a sakumo hatake prequel more than a Minato prequel. Sakumo was said to make the sannin pale in comparison. All of the sannin were considered for hokage or served as one. I just want to see sakumo wreck people. Maybe sakumo and young jiraya had a few adventures? Who knows but it could be so lit

What I love about the Naruto: Shippuden series Infinite Tsukuyomi Arc is the fact that there is a lot of people that are responsible for changing the timeline. Like a crazy domino effect. Not just Naruto but those that were there earlier. Even Danzo.
The guy just made a better anime than Naruto itself in 30 mins

Before the video shows anything, I always thought before learning much about Kakashi, that his clan offshoot of the Uchiha, so he could develop one develops but the other eye was different. Another Dojutsu could be there. My thoughts were that Obito eye wouldn’t work if not for power of clans.

16:21 I feel like he'd be really damn close to awakening it because in part one of the Zabuza fight, he was a sheet of ice due to all of the bloodkust Zabuza and Kakashi had for each other. I don't think that moment changes.

This is the only ending (that I've heard😅) where Kaguya isn't revived, so I dig it.
I wasn't sure how it would play out but you definitely saved it by making Naruto the jinchuriky. Also I think it would've been better if there was more rivalry and Obito was 5th hokage and Naruto 6th

the only problem i have is why does deidara escapes with gaara's body? in the og timeline he did that to lure naruto since he is a jinchuriki but he isn't in this timeline so it's highly unlikely he would do that, let's just imagine he stayed with sasori and fought team kakashi and chiyo but since they are out numbered and naruto and sasuke is stronger than they were in the og timeline they would be defeated, and deidara dies with sasori this time
Might be a bit of a stretch, but i guess you could use it as a tactical ploy to weaken the leaf... which doesnt work, but it didnt work in canon either so...

Actually Shikamaru still would’ve been in the hospital to visit Choji so he would’ve sensed gaara’s killing intent and would’ve been able to stall Gaara long enough to stop him from killing Lee and for guy to show up

I like the concept a lot. I feel that rather than Kakashi's father being an Uchiha, his mother could instead be an Uchiha. He could have the same aesthetic as normal (i.e. one sharingan). There is a half-hyuga somewhere, and they manifested the byakugan in one eye. It would be less powerful than two sharingan, but I think it works better, especially since Kakashi's father was also a talented ninja and he probably would have manifested the sharingan.

but in this timeline minato survives and itachi is never sent to kill the uchiha, also kakashi is a lot older than itachi anywa.
