Madara Uchiha. In the past we’ve covered various topics about him. What if he never left the village? What if he killed Hashirama Senju? Why do we enjoy covering Madara in what-ifs? Because Madara is the singularity. The Naruto Series starts and ends with Madara Uchiha. Madara Uchiha is the man behind the scenes manipulating things. Even in death, his designs were in motion until the moment he was revived to take the Ten-Tails. Whether you believe Madara was right, wrong, or just misguided, all fans know that it was his actions that drove the plot of Naruto forward. So many of the things that happened have happened because of Madara. And to explain this point, I wish to make a what-if today in which we remove Madara’s influence from the story by killing his designs before he has a chance to form them.

If I recall correctly, Kushina actually did survive having the nine tails removed due to her insane durability, although she was incredibly weak afterwards, and it was getting impaled in the chest that finally killed her.
Obito said he was surprised that Kushina didn't die immediately. She was going to die from the extraction. Minato wanted half in Naruto (for control) and half in Kushina (to save her life).
I feel it could go either way.
Fact definitely is that she was strong in the (life) force.
Like, even the impalement AFTER extraction, AND chakra chains didnt kill her instantly, she was still conscious when Hiruzen showed up on the scene, and only died at that point.
I do believe she was "Dying", but i dont think it was necessarily unavoidable. Without the impalement she should live long enough to get to the hospital, which might help.

What if hashirama didn’t give the tailed beasts away to all the other villages and instead decided to see about having the uzumaki seal them in a way that no one but an uzumaki can undo
@TBH_HACKZ yea but I feel like villages would still try to end of the uzumaki clan and might even capture survives just so they can get their hands on the tailed beasts
I think that the other villages would have teamed up and attacked the leaf for having too much power
This really needs a what if so we can see what happens

It started with Indra beeing manipulated by Black Zetsu… and madara and hashirama are reincarnation of Indra and Ashura so… and Naruto and sasuke are also reincarnation of Indra and Ashura.. however with so many uchiha members alive I doubt he would succeed as Shisui or Hitachi would destroy him.. but if he can manipulate Shisui than Black zestu could stand a chance.. since his sharingan is one of the strongest of them all..

Wait a minute the only reason Zabuza originally went after the bridge builder was to amass funds for a coup against the hidden mist. And that was due to how savage yagura was which was only due to being under a genjutsu by obito to take revenge for Rins death. Rin never dies in this scenario and obito is also dead so no one would be able to put yagura under genjutsu and so is savage radical practices would have never come to pass meaning there would be no reason any ninja wanted to stage a coup

Nice video. But a few pointers I think you missed. Firstly, Pain and his 2 friends, I believe would not die, because his group members who make it in time(this will happen because there is No Obito to stop them from warning Pain), to stop them for falling into the trap by Danzo and Hokage of the Rain. Secondly, As you said that the guy that wanted to marry Hinata would come, he will just be one of the Otuskuki, and wouldn't be attached to fight or save the earth. (Keep in mind, he was meant to protect the earth and who only not do so if he think the earth dont deserve that.
And Finally, I believe Kawaki would sacrifice himself to Jigen lol(don't remind his name) and so therefore have the Karma in him, but just like Boruto, he will make Boruto kill him as he first did to Boruto, so that Jigen would revive again, but will still be in his mind. And yes sadly, Minato wife will die (but that also depends on a question, i want to ask, The the Eight tails Jinckuri die when Momoshiki came for him🤔)

At about 15:45 you missed another thing... when the hidden mist shenobi jumped kikashi and reen resulting in her death obito wanted vengance against the hidden mist so he placed the 3rd mizukage under a genjistu to create the blood mist village. And two dangerous shenobi, kisame and zabuza were a result of the blood mist meaning that in this what if the blood mist hense zabuza never happened.

You often say in these what ifs that if they all complete the training there would be no one to stay behind and protect Inari and his mother from being kidnapped. I personally can't believe that. Kakashi is smart, and in this timeline I would assume Naruto would be about as smart. One of the two of them would at some point realize that Gato would go after Inari and his mother to get to Tazuna. They wouldn't just leave them alone. At least that's just what I would think.
And he still wants to become stronger than itachi

Story arc idea for this universe:
Itachi still gets sick, and the mission to bring back Tsunade is still done, this time to save Itachi as she might be skilled enough at medical ninjutsu to save him.
At about 7:10 there's something you missed... while at the hanzo seen the rest of the akatsuki new and was planing to help yahiko, nagoto and konan but they were killed by obito to make sure nagato would turn evil. So nagoto and yahiko would both live so nagoto would never turn evil and hanzo would never die.

When Kushina died the 9 tails would probably be retrieved and sealed into Naruto perhaps? With that he maybe use baryon but he would not have a bond with kurama to do so. There’s also Minato and Hiruzen who could help as well as shisui maybe Shisui can use kotoamatsukami or hiruzen can use reaper death seal instead of naruto

Naruto survived bc of the seal, kushina also had a stronger seal bc she also had admantium chains, so she would probably live, also minato would probably be there to fight momoshiki, so either kushina survives or kurama gets a new host. Naruto would also probably have flying raigin to fight and the admantium chains, while also being a master at sealing jutsu like his parents, i think he would actually be much much stronger, and have multiple sharigan users such as shisui, fugaku, and sasuke to help him in the momoshiki and ishiki fight so they would probably win there especially if shisui uses kotoamatsukami on ishiki

The only problem with this theory is that the original timeline Naruto failed the class multiple times which should put him in a different class since he probably would have passed the first time ... So it would be a totally different class
Nah that was some weird statement they made to make Naruto look dumb. He was born after Sasuke so he's the same age as him and would have been in the same class so he can't have started early, let alone several years early.

If Kushina died they could have used a sealing jutsu to seal Kurama into Naruto since he's not an infant he can handle the hole 9 tails and he could probably convince him to forget about his hatred to stop ishiki (don't think I spelled that right)
i feel its possible naruto may not even need baryon too, if kurama is sealed into him he'd likely have Kakashi or Shikamaru step up so that he could work on either befriending Kurama or stealing its power.
Naruto in this timeline would have no darkness in his heart that could be exploited and is a far more matured and powerful naruto, if he could take all of Kurama's chakra he could possibly rival jigen alone, espesially given that a less well off naruto could take on toneri.
Naruto taking Kurama's chakra would be supported by a (possibly alive) Kushina or Minato using sealing Jutsu to restrict Kurama.
Zabuza would have no reason to defect cause Obito was never around to cast a genjutsu on the Mizukage. In turn Haku would either die cause Zabuza wasn’t there to find him or preferably was found by someone else. Either way neither one of them would be there for the Land of Waves mission.
As for Toneri I feel that the peace they were able to achieve in the main timeline (let alone this one) would’ve been enough to convince him that the world was worthy of the Sage of Six Path’s gift of chakra. True peace in the world was all that Hagoromo desired. His son Ashura and his reincarnations assured that this happened in both timelines.

You forgot one thing. Naruto would probably have siblings. Also would the Otsutsuki of arrived without Kaguya being resurrected. I always felt that was what brought attention to earth after all those years. Otherwise the coincidence is just too much.
