    Love this, weird how I listen to his voice everyday now. It feels like a disembodied spirit or something but then I remember he’s an actual guy.

    Wonderful, as ever- Andy is Andy. Is it possible to edit out the collateral sounds of the moderator? The “mmhhmm” sounds and “yeahs” serve to distract.

    This is so important. Wish I was more involved. LOVE HOW NOBODY CARES ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH when we have someone like Andy leading the world as a public figure/speaker. Moment I found out who made headspace i came to CZcams to find his story. Honestly did not mean to find this video I was just sending his other one to a friend. Andy.. if you see this comment. Please KEEP SAVING LIVES!!!!!

      I couldn’t listen to this - the tapping on her mike and changes in volume ended it for me Too bad.

      SNP 94 meditation doesn’t make you not get annoyed by things....meditation helps you feel in tune with your feelings and not shame yourself for feeling.
