we build a shelter and cook up good food over the fire.

Haha, Joe's forgetting his wolf is a teenager right now and what teen wants to hang with their parents? Give him time. First two years are the most frustrating, but after that he'll start settling down and growing into the calmer dog all adult dogs are. Hope you find the joy again that you once found out in the woods. I've missed the content.
I second this. My dog is a shepherd, and for the first couple of years he just did his own thing. Now he’s 7, and he’s turned into a huge cuddle monster.
Joe at his very best! I love it when you do unique and minimalist style camping. Thanks Joe.
Same, instant watch.
I imagine that Joe is definitely feeling the temperature difference from his semi-tropic fishing trip to minimalist camping in the woods on the snow.
Very different relationship with Wolfie. My friend had a dog like that. Dog was always nearby..but not cuddly. She thought dog didnt like her. That little dog would have defended her to the death she discovered. Loyal to the end..but always at arms length...like she was always "on duty"
THIS is THE TRUE JOE! As a long-time viewer, I have missed your JOY of CAMPING. Often it seems you are putting your time in and missing your family.
Missed ya Joe! Pray your family is well and have enjoyed the time with ya.
You are a legend brother. You motivate so many to get outdoors. Loved it!
What is outdoor?
The nature is something every one of us should be thankful, and appreciate, like this two!
Nice video Joe, good tricks.
😢, the first mention of bikes.
Speedy recovery, Joe! Glad that you are home with your girls.
I am so sorry for your family's loss. Thank you for being open and honest about this. I have a family issue with my youngest brother, haven't spoken in years, I'm going to try and make contact with him, I'm taking your advice.
been itching for a new Joe video. Glad to see you out again, and glad Wolfy got all those quills out. Good to see a minimal camp!
Yes Joe! Welcome to world of Adventure Motorcycle Moto Camping 👍🏻
Get your skills and learning in then come on over to Vancouver Island in September and join us for our first annual “Get Lost…Find Yourself” moto campout. A charity event raising funds and awareness for Men’s Mental Health 👍🏻
Stoked that Giant Loop Hooked you up.
Cheers!
Someone has to make the content to promote the campouts next year
I am so happy to see you out doing what you love. Wolfe is ready to go hiking.
Motorcycle! I’ve been thinking it’d be cool for you to get one. I wanted to get a motorcycle for as long as I can remember and I finally took the MSF course and got my license a couple months ago, then got a motorcycle at the beginning of this year. One of the best things I’ve ever done.
I love these type of vids from Joe, shelter build with minimal gear, fire etc 👌 excellent work. Reminiscing about those early vids with Scout
Hey Joe, good to see you again. Wolf has become a beautiful dog. Really enjoyed your video and the way you wrapped up all your gear in the horseshoe was great. Thanks for a great video.
Good to see you camping again, Joe.
These are the kind of videos from you that started my watching so many years ago. Canoe trips too.
As Wolf is part Husky, his independence is part of his nature…don’t take it personally….. we had a full blood Husky for years and most of the time he acted as though he didn’t even know us 😏…unless it was meal time 😂😂😂
IMO Joe, this is what we want to see, winter camping, bushcraft, canoe trips with camping, the 10 and 5 day trips were awesome, again just my personal opinion bro.
Glad you are back, I’ve missed these adventures.🎱
Sweet! Hope all is well with you and your family,Joe. Definitely great to see you back at it again.
Enjoyed. I can’t wait to see more
Poor wolfy he found love in all the wrong places, wish dogs would learn to stay clear of porcupines ! Great camp out, congratulations on motor bike safe travels.
I always get female dogs and they are always more attentive. At 54 I've had 3 over the course of my life. We all miss them.
I'm out the loop. Doesn't tripper go on his camps anymore?
@@johnwick-hw3cm he passed away
@@jordanb8578 fuck sake! Didn't expect that
Our Akita used to molt like that best to get a metal "saw-shaped bow "from the pet store to comb his fur. Really works
Glad you uploaded another overnighter Joe. Enjoyed watching it with Wolfie doing his thing.
Thank you so much, Joe, for a really instructive and enjoyable video. As you and Wolf take more trips together, I’m sure you both will will adjust and develop a great relationship. Just don’t forget the belt multi-tool pliers for removing quills!
Joe it’s spring time. Wolf is doing what intact males do in the spring. He’s lookin for love.
Hes doing what huskys do.
They come back.
He won't to that again.
My neighbor had a pit bull.
The town skunk got him 3 times. Then the skunk got hit by a car. But that dog was to dumb to learn.
The worst part is a female coyote. The males will follow her and so will a dog.
Thfe coyotes gang up on the dog. Will even kill him.
But they don't kill each other. They nip and carry on but don't hurt each other bad. Pups are born late
February around here.
😂 in all the wrong places
Joe was that your first unfortunate incident with a porcupine and one of your boys?
Oh Joe, I hate to say this but you seemed so depressed. Your joy in what you’re doing is gone. You be careful on that bike. If you don’t get your mind right it could get you killed.
Looking for love? What planet are you from? He tried to chew up a porcupine. Nothing romantic or sexual about that. Good lord.
Hey Joe you never have to worry where Wolfie sleeps he is a Husky. They are built to survive the arctic weather. He can bury himself in snow and be very comfy.
He is guarding your campsite from a better vantage point😃
Wolfie may get more cuddly as he gets a little older. So he experienced a porcupine! Nice minimal camping and yummy looking smoked duck breast. Great video Joe. Take care.
Yep, Wolfe found out about the pokey animals! They all have to learn!! Our beagle took 2 times! It's great to see you both again!!
Great to see you both out and glad Wolfie is doing ok after messing with that porcupine.
I love the idea of the bike adventures.
I had and enduro and didn’t think of doing that. I might have to buy another one now.
I started watching you when I was about 14. I’m 21 now and am back on CZcams binging your videos. So glad to be back
Bud.. So glad to see you guys again! I've been a bit concerned, Hope all is well with you and yours. Many blessings..
Good to see the good old Joe camping..
Hey, Joe!! Another fine video… I have a big ol’ 60lb two year old husky/German shepherd mix that my daughter gave me. I live in a small town of 700 just below the Canadian border between B.C./Alberta. That dog disappears sometimes for just a few hours… Once or twice? Six or seven hours. And all the sudden he’s just sitting there looking really tired and Happy. I gave up looking for him the fifth time he did it. Thanks for the video, brother.
Well I love the idea of throwing in a little adventure cycling! Don't be afraid of that clutch. The worst that can happen is you'll slip it a little too much when you're taking off from a stop. New content, here we come! WOO HOO! 🤘
I have followed you for years. We’ve messaged each other, briefly; if you recall “Bushcraft & Beer” lol (years ago, amazing, by the way) whatever your content, it is always delightful. For the genuine fans, we’ll always understand if you need a break or this, that and/or the other, we’ll always look forward to your next video. Day, week month(s) later… you do you my friend, and for my part, I’ll keep looking for the next video.
/cheers, to you and yours.
Nice to see you back in your natural habitat.
Let's ride!!! I ride a KLR and love it. So fun to camp off them. It's amazing what you can get to and see. I'm excited for you. This will be fun watching you learn. Hello from Utah.
Wowsers your looking young and fit Joe what the secret and nice see you back again were you been hiding???
Glad to see you back at it Joe!
Hey Joe, we all hope to see you team up with Dougy or Scrambled-O for a few vids/ adventures this year. Brotherhood always brings out the happiest Joseph. BTW, dinner looks phenom...
Wolf seems to be a bit more solo than some if your dogs. Scooter magoots will forever be missed!
Good to see you out in the woods Joseph
Moto camping is my favorite thing to do on a bike. You’ll love it. Cb has a ton of aftermarket support.
Thanks for the fun video Joe. I hope you are still enjoying making them.
Cheers!
SO excited to see your moto camping content! Moving to denver in a few months to do more moto camping of my own. You're going to love it man
Great to see you back Joe, we missed you.
Looking forward to seeing your new adventures on your motorbike. Love all of your videos. You helped me through my knee replacement recovering 5 years ago. Still watching. Thank you x
Loved it! Glad to see you two back out! Be safe! Especially on the new bike!
I love watching adventure bike camping videos. Dork in the road is awesome!
I love what you do my man. The videos and adventures are inspiring. Ones like these make me miss Scout. Keep your head up. We’re all here for you brother.
I feel for you Joe...you have that one almost perfect companion dog in Scout and want so bad to have the next one be similar, but it's just not the same. Wolf is definitely a great camping buddy and canoe partner tho. Lastly, excited for forthcoming bike adventures!
Where's the other dog he got? His old shepard died, then he got Treck or Tracker. . . Was always crying the dog whinged constantly & knocked the camera ovr ...hes binned it as not good for camping, & got another!
@@Loopylulu8 Tripper. Sadly he had some health issues and didn't make it 😢
Nice to see you and Wolfy back out, poor boy and his meeting with the Porupine Ouch!. They never learn always wanting to make friends with some wildlife , Mine loves skunks . Loved the set up you had, wolfy with all the fur most likley likes laying in the snow besides he is probably trying to figure out why he is tied up and not able to wander lol dosnt understand he isnt allowed to make friends with Procupine's or look for a mate . Nice Video Joe . Ontario.
Thanks 👍🌲
I need a Joe camping fix. Made my day and made me smile. I lioved seeing Wolf!
We've been watching your videos for years but got really excited when you anounced adv motorcycle content! Motorcycles and camping make the best combo 🏕️ 🏍️🙋🙋♂️
Hey Joe it’s so good to see you. Your YT Family and I have missed you so much!
Moto camping goes hand in hand with what you do man. Congrats!!
Happy to see you Joe. I was getting worried about you! Poor Wolf, those porky's can cause a lot of grief!
"If you don't know knots, tie lots"
Good advice right there.
Oh cool man! Two wheel Joe. Can’t wait. Thanks for sharing
I would imagine that Wolfie was avoiding the heat of the fire, not you. I hope the motorcycle brings Joy back into you.
I think the bike will make a great addition. You are going to love it!
It's super exciting to hear you are getting a motorcycle. I have been riding since I was 6 yrs old. I have ice raced and endoro raced. Never did motocross. As I have gotten older, I switched to street bikes. I like to get out on my Harley and go camping. I have been on 2 track roads with my H-D. Much to my wifes dismay. If ya ever make it to the Marquette area, I would love to go put some miles on with ya.
Hey Joe, great meeting you at the Toronto Outdoor Adventure Show. Hope you have some great trips and adventures this summer!
You need to go by the upholstery shop and get them to sew you a belly strap on those bags of woffeys with. Quick release buckle under Neath 🐶❤️👍
To hell with the video, Wolf comes first! You did the right thing, getting help for Wolf.
I've got a cat that's exactly the same with me how Wolfe is with Young Joe in this video.
Either i missed it or you havent given an update Joe, just wondering if there is any news on the land purchase? Thanks for the video, always good to spend some time watching you out and about
Love these minimalist camp vids. No one does them like you do mate 👍🏻
Oh, Joe, animals and kids will get ya every time. Thank you for all you do
I’m very much excited to see the Moto-camping content. Can’t wait. Be safe.
I'm riding a klr650, and lots of trips planned for moto camping and fly fishing. You're gonna love it
If you got room grab a dura log for the end of the night . They burn for like 4 hrs. Helps keep the animals away.
You should get a tracker for wolfs collar and even a GoPro so we can see what he does and where he goes
Don't be afraid to be weak
Don't be too proud to be strong
Just look into your heart, my friend
That will be the return to yourself
Love the content Joe keep up the amazing work
My face when u said 17c and it was 14 last night yet you have snow lol its vrazy the different weather in the same Temps in different places. So cool. Puppy is warm you've given him lots of space to lay if he's cold he will get warm, loved this !
Hey Joe! Man it's nice to see a vid from you pop up in my notifications, been watching you for like 5 years now.
Sure have slot of snow yet and it is good to see you and wolf back
Very bright orange fire starter. Bet that will help you keep track of it. Wink
When I see dog hair, I love my 12 year old Golden Doodle even more.
Thank you Joe for sharing the video wolf he's such a good dog 🐕, Shelter look very good , good job Joe .
I love motorcycles. Always have loved them as a kid. However, I know a couple friends who had cars turn in front of them. 1 of them lost an arm and the other one lost his life. Other people on the road continuously fail to see motorcycles. Dangerous game. Be safe out there.
Nice little spot for the night. Wolfy needs a bright collar. Blends into the snow. LOL.
I've missed seeing you! So glad you still camping you haven't changed. Stay safe. Love and prayers from Arkansas USA!
Another from Arkansas here.
You've been through a lot with the pups. He will have your back and while doing him. Good to see.
I just started riding a couple years ago and now I’m on a Pan America - the Honda is a great starter bike - I really think you will love moto camping and you will be eyeing a more aggressive bike in the next year or two I’ll bet.
MAN… adventure and duel sport bikes are freaking amazing. I love my duel sport
Wolfie likes the higher ground!! Smart boy!! 8)
You spent the night in the cold with minimal gear and that's good. You used a camp ax at times when it would have been better to use the saw. When you cut your bows you were dangerous with the ax. Good use of the downed tree to make your shelter. Had you cleared the snow from the fire location your fire would have been better and lasted longer. Good bed role, similar to the civil war type.
Love that you’re getting into motorcycles. Wear the gear, be safe.
Lovely dog Joe. He's groving upp to be a great dog. Take care.
Horseshoe blanket roll pack. AWESOME! Thanks for the lesson, Joe!
Good to see you in the woods again making videos.
Where's ya MOJO Joe? You seem really down.. Your passion and enthusiasm for the outdoors was contagious..
Good to see you back Joe.
welcome to the world of motorcycling, can't wait to see the footage
