HOLY SMOKES!!!!!! Stumbled upon your Channel after looking for a scale C-10 Chevy truck build. WOW! Incredible detail and realism!!!! I love you shop set up and Will begin the steady stream of your video content!
I was looking at replicating my Hot Rod 84 Chevy Stepside! Now I have hope I just might be able to do it in scale and with Far More Detail! Then, the scale 1930s Dirt Track Race Car is next!

This is going to piss you off lol. The servo position issue is one of those so easy you miss the fix problems 😮. The fix is moving the servo mount to the bumper mount position. Add a spacer to the side that the shackle screw interferes with. Flip the horn 180° and viola fixed😊. I pondered the problem for about a month before I sat down and stared at it for about 10 minutes and realized that this was possible lol. But there's your fix because the front bumper mount isn't needed on the k5 blazer. Good luck and Peace ✌️

I bought the V8 dress kit the first day it came out. A little pricey, but what isn’t in this hobby lol. Thanks for the video

After watching you for years I have to say I appreciate the love and commitment you have to the hobby. When I built trucks in the full sized world I would've just took the hood off.. Build the inner fenders, power brake and the "Toyoda" reservoir would look great. Would have that got it running let's wheel it feel..👍

If you decide on the headers, maybe open headers coming up through the hood to go with the hole you already chopped in the hood. Maybe some oil smoke weathering from the exhaust on the cab to go with it. Just an idea.

The bad news for you is RC4WD just released the TCI transmission WITH the over/underdrive transfer case ATTACHED to it! TODAY! I recently built a 2wd dually on a TF2 LWB frame with the TCI(R4) transmission and an 80 turn Gool RC motor. I also used the K44 rear axle and leafs. It's called "Project Towpig", and it's much too fast for towing so I ordered the 4:1 gear reducer and I think there's just enough room to not get a micro servo. I haven't decided on what to do about a scale engine yet. I really can't afford to get the RC4WD engine but I do need more weight up front. There are some nice looking engines with fans and ducts that clip onto the motor that I've been looking at. The body is a 3d printed '86 F150 that I added 3d printed fenders to make it a F350. I might add weight in a custom front bumper.

I need to rent one or two of your garage bays. Preferably one with lift in it. Really enjoy the content and the back drop. The drill press is absolutely key.

The hole in the hood is a perfect excuse for a big supercharger or a cowl hood lol

I agree with you, things like the plug wires are a pain!! You're already done it's a moot point but for a similar build I used gel superglue. I left it to set for 2-3 seconds & put the wires in place. I tried using shrink tubing and could not get it to stay in place

That's is the best C2X Hilux that I have ever seen, and it is also the frist one that I seen . Now it is even better. Really nice work and we need to see it out more. Hopefully this will help it out and add some mass to the front.
