That engine rocks. Imagine if they put a shaft at the very bottom that runs off a pulley that you put on your 540 motor right behind your pinion gear so the pulley runs the shaft and the shaft sticks out of the front of the motor to tun a complete belt system with a nice realistic cooling fan. That would be so awesome.

+killakotton A follow up now that I've had the D44's for a while. I must say these axles rock! No issues with strength at all. In fact the XVD's are some of the best I've seen. The small diameter of the axle tubes is one of the best things about them. You can't get much more scale than these axles.

I just chose the D44's over the Curries. My only concern is the stength of the XVD's. I guess we'll see. Can't wait to get them.
