- in summary: set 3 years after the movie, Alberto and Massimo go out fishing one summer day hoping to return before a huge storm rolls into town. unfortunately, on their way back in, the unruly ocean nearly flips their boat, and sends the cooler with the entire day's catch into the water. Alberto jumps in after it, but because he's so close to the harbor, the waves throw him into the rocks before he has a chance to fight the current. he's able to make it out of the water, but just barely. Massimo and another fisherman who watched the whole ordeal carry Alberto back to the Marcovaldo household. Luca and Giulia try their best to keep him awake until help arrives.

How long did it take for you to make this?? It's so beautiful and definitely worth the tears.
it took me 35+ hours to draw it all out and edit it to music! a pretty long time, but it was good for me to push myself and experiment :)
