If they do make a sequel for Luca, I want it to be like cutscenes between the present and the past where Luca is figuring himself out at school and Alberto still missing him, and every summer they discover more and more their feelings. And since this seems to take place in 90’s (italy obvi) they could make it a coming of age story and how they have to accept themselves in a world that- omg it’s like the message from the last movie awesome

This animatic has been a big part of my journey especially during spring of 2023 when I watched this many times before going to bed. The visuals, representation, facial expressions and growth are just perfect. I can't comprehend how 3rd anniversary is already here and how that this video is turning 2 years old tomorrow. I hope the sequel is really canon (I doubt it will) and this would be a sneak peek for upcoming movie. Almost everyone has moved on from their Luca phases but for me it's a lifelong passion, evergrowing and constantly changing endlessly. Thank you once more for providing this absolute masterpiece!
