pretty much i wanted to animate how i saw the story in my head, not a happy ending i know, but its what i felt should happen sdjbgsjbg, luca goes away to school for years and they grow apart until they reunite years later but luca comes back with a girl, still in absolute denial about himself, mwah mwah angst for you loves

This one one of the most heartbreaking things I've ever read, and I admire that you gave it a terribly sad ending, unlike the typical happy ending fics I've read. This animatic puts the most delicate and perfect visuals into my head, and the detail with the shiny gold brings out the flame and fire that's been described in the story. Absolutely incredible piece, please, continue your wonderful work, you have lots of talent! Bellissimo e mozzafiato!

I absolutely love your writing and your art. This was the first time I read a fanfic with an unhappy ending which surprised me. If I were a sea monster my face would be full of scales from crying. Just finished the story and. You have such good talent, that it actually hurt my SOUL to read. I actually never read a story with a sad ending, so this completely crushed me a lot. It’s like I was Alberto and I actually felt his pain.
Usually when I finish books/fics, I’m satisfied and happy, but not this one. This brought me tears and pain, but that’s why it’s a must read. It’s 100% different from normal fanfic stories by a long shot, a hidden gem. Though, I do wish there was an alternative ending (not canon, just something like a “what if”)
10/10 story and animatic!

I would like to start off by saying that this was beutiful, you are a very talented storyteller and artist, which very much shows in your work. This video was amazing, and though I'm far too late joining this fandom, this animatic was an excellent addition to create.
Now, as someone who hadn't previously read the fanfic this was based on, I hope you understand why going forward I will avoid it like my life depends on it, because even if it doesn't, my remaining sanity definitely will.
I watched this video yesterday and I've been melancholy ever since. Your work leaves an impact, a heartbreaking one, but an impact none the less. Its been on my mind constantly. This was an incredible watch, but im not sure I could ever bring myself to look at it again, as I shouldn't be feeling this depressed over animated fish people Haha
