I was just wondering. You say you rip CDs to your Dack do you still use a CD player?

I rip them to a synology NAS. Yes I do spin CD's once in awhile, mostly buy them, rip them then stream them.

I love the size and style of these, especially in the white with the black cone and stand! But, for the price the lack of a decent on-board DAC is a real downside for me.

Those look like fun computer speakers. I use a 50 watt Yamaha receiver and some Polk Audio speakers. I have a Harman Kardon 70 watt receiver in the bullpen that I'm going to rotate in soon. Why? I don't know. BTO Not Fragile is one of my 10 desert island CDs btw.

It's just not possible to accurately demonstrate the sound of a speaker by recording it with microphone, then putting it up on youtube where you listen with your own headphones and speakers.
