- For those of you who don't know, our step dad has been in our life for 16 years and we think of him as our real father. He welcomed us with open arms and loves us like his own children. Today we thought it would be the perfect time to show him how thankful we are and how much we love him and ask him to officially become our father and adopt us. We are so excited and feel extremely lucky. We love you dad!!

I LOVE this!!
That statement is a perfect example of class my friend!

Yes! Well said😄
I wish I had a stepfather like this. Awesome man with a lot of class.
The fact that everyone calls him 'dad' already says a lot.
Respect to everyone.
@Anal Farmer damn another loner who’s trying to dissuade step parents from acting like an actual responsible parent. Just because you lack familial love, doesn’t mean others do. This family is obviously happy and content with their father instead of some man (the biological father) who doesn’t seem to be in the picture. Trying to dissuade others, won’t make you any happier 🤷🏻♀️

This is so heartwarming. I tried to adopt my stepdaughter when she was younger but her 'real' dad would not sign the documents (even though he had absolutely no part in her life, even refusing to pay child support). I raised her since she was two years old. My daughter then surprised me on my birthday six months after after she turned 18. She had legally changed her last name to mine.
If you're separated and not paying support, he should absolutely have no say. He wanted a say but not bad enough to actually support his kids...very telling.
Congrats on not only being a good father, but on being her real father.
That made me cry
@tylerlopes476If you are paying child support and not a threat to the child, demand the court to give visitation. Your wife nor the courts can require child support without visitation.
You do not need an attorney for this, just the courage to stand on your square. I know what I'm talking about.
Also, if you have health insurance for your child, the courts can't require any other support. The judge or attorney won't tell you that support is support because it will affect the demonic extorting system in place.
That’s an awesome story too! Love it. Again; that’s REAL MAN shit. We need more men like you guys. Thank you for doing what you do. Cheers! 💪🏻🙏🏻❤️
When teenagers want you to be their father that says a whole lot about the type of person you are, what a good example showing not all stepparents are horrible

True, couldn't ask for a better father in the world. Must've done something right in a previous life to have him as a father in this life. Wow.

@NN D He feeds them, clothes them, shelters them, cares for them, provides a family and love for them.
And since they love him inconditionally, I´m pretty sure they are his for life.
And they just proved it in this video.
@NN D He´s not the biological father, sure. But to say he doesn´t love them as his childrem is pretty shitty, man.

@Ann Vo Betas..who raise other males' childs are betas and get eliminated via natural selection.
@Ann Vo Bullshit...whoever in the history raised another male's child got eliminated via natural selection...and the males who protected their partners and only raised their own offspring, passed on their genes...and we are their descendents. Look into the Lion Pride...Look how the males behave😂 you will get your answer.
'true alphas do this and that blah blah for society'- So that it benefits irresponsible women. I am not a simp. These kinds of manipulation doesn't work on me. I have read the story about 'White feather campaign' women tried the same thing... that's how millions of men died....Nice try though...These kinds of manipulation doesn't work on everyone.
Edit: also if that's what an alpha does(sacrificing for society that doesn't give a fck about us), I am better of not being an alpha.
@Ann Vo All personal attacks! "You are whiny this, you are that"...you can date whomever you want none of my concern....and I said at the end if that's what an alpha is then I am better of not being one. You can have your opinions. But personally I would never be invested in someone else's offspring.. I want to pass on all my earnings and properties to my own genetic offspring.
Also a 'simp' is a guy who sympathizes with womankind. Where do you see me doing that?? In fact I am quite the opposite.
Edit: I am assuming that you are from USA cuz you tried to make me feel that I am missing out on having a great partner like you cuz you would only date an older man...well, the thing is in my country there's prostitution legal...unlike men in USA we don't need to kowtow to women for mating rights. That's why sex is not a big deal here in my country(it's human psychology- something which is available is not a big deal) and someone wouldn't date me, that's also not a big deal. We only stay with women who care for us. If someone wants to go, they are free to go.

It's funny and sad how much he tries to hold back his tears 😊. Everybody is allowed to cry and especially if its out of happiness 🙂.
This isn't about "being allowed to cry" it's about men always needed to be strong in the past, if they weren't, it'd be the end of the race for them.
That being, men today still feel the need to hold it all in and be strong.
This causes what you see here.
@@sneebil yea your right but some people react differently alothough here you can see he's holding back years other people let's say some died they may not appear to be greifing but they really are it's not their holding it back like me I'm just like that so is my dad
Its one of the reason men die earlyer than women, cant remember where i read it, but basically we are expected to always be strong and hate cute things and so on, so where women grieve, cry and let their feelings out and get past it, men tend to just bottle it up and push it deep down inside and shit like that builds up with years, so you end up getting stroke, heart conditions, stomac bleeding and yeah alot of shit caused from stress and struggle.
He was trying to upheld article 41 from the bro code, a bro never cry,
Yeah, that's the thing, since we were kids, men were always told to be strong, that men don't cry. I don't know if it's about instinct or a social thing, but it's natural, we don't allow other people to see us cry or in our "weak" or vulnerable spot. And that's really sad tbh.

My stepson was 8months old when I met my ex. She is gone, he is still in my life. He is my kid, my buddy and the love and respect between us is something special. He is 22 now, his mom put both of us through the fucking ringer. We survived together. Best buds!
you are a hero dude.
God bless you 🙂
I grew up without a father and had no support from him all my life. Some won’t take care of their own.
Then there are people like you. Having a dad at home makes a huge difference for peoples lives. Thank you for being such a great guy.
I am a step Dad of three. I have six step grandchildren. I love them as if they are my own. I am very fortunate to have them in my life.
You know he's a good man if he's made these kids want him to be their father. God Bless him and God Bless them for having that much respect
Amen
Took the words out of my mouth Robert!
Everyone is on display nowadays, mini Hollywood producers.
@@bluwng mmmmm. Ngl I feel like this was a way to boost this channel
@@SplitGoose Bible says people will become lovers of themselves and have no genuine love for each other, they will have a form of Godliness but not know God. Using people genuine emotions for a winning shot was what evil Hollywood demons did, now everyone is a smaller version of evil.
i know this comment is old for the video at this point, but I love how this motorcycle, tattoo, tough looking fellow isn't afraid to show his emotions. Probably one of the many reason his now children love him so much. a lot of parents would not want to show this emotion as a natural instinct, but this dude is obviously very comfortable and loving/loved by this family. props to this dad fr.
When I saw him turn red, I knew he was crying, now I'm crying😭
Me too
fck i am cryyyyyyyyy
Me three
Same
Damn onion ninjas
Your a great man, to hear the daughter's calling you dad. You held your composure 😢 well done. Thats the true love right there, the one mum! 😍💯
As a parent of children of my own and an adoptive parent, there’s no better feeling than hearing “Dad” from a child that’s not technically yours 💯
Can we just take a moment to appreciate all the GREAT STEPDADS out there.
I had one, too.
I love him forever.

“Dontcrydontcrydontcrdontcrydontcry”
There is so much love in this video from the daughter and the stepfather. It's so refreshing to see that they appreciate what this man did for them.
Glad Ben adopted them. I heard he passed away with a battle with cancer. He is a wonderful man with a wonderful family. These are special memories for all of them.
REAL MEN.....CRY!!! His face is getting beat red trying to hold in his true feelings of love.
Right ! How sweet !!
You could tell he is a great dad when all he wants for Father’s Day is a photo of his children ❤️
Truth ♡
Made me cry. I'm glad they see how lucky they are. I don't know them, but that's what a real man is like.
Thanks you for sharing this part of your life. I raised my daughter as a single father and I'm so happy to see another man step up to raise girls and show them and the world what a real man is - emotional, supportive, nurturing, and a stand-up man. Thanks.
His expressions made me cry...very kind father he is
True words you are speaking 😭😭so beautiful!
Did not make me cry im a dam man
Eli Swanson Men cry, that’s a man right there
Base on experience. Family is not only about blood. Its about the love and care u show unconditionally.
Yep, and this comes to show that I have nO faMily. ;-;
@@kylejr1467 i agree. It is case to case situation. Some find love and care by blood and some are not.
The CZcams algorithm decided I needed to cry today, this was such a beautiful moment and I went to your page to see what else you have and my heart broke at the most recent video. Rest in peace and I am so sorry to your family for your loss. Thank you for sharing these lovely life moments.
He’s not just a stepdad, he’s the dad that stepped up.
You literally copied the guy above
Bruh you have no shame haha, if you wanna copy a comment at least dont do the top one 😂

The fact that they already call him dad is absolutely amazing 🥰🥰
So proud he is. Beautiful family.
That question must be the hardest and easiest thing to read at the same time. A human being in this world accepts you on such a level, that blood or not they see you genuinely as their parent.
Being a father is the best experience a man can have. Protect and provide. Be an example.
It’s ok to cry. Those tears at that moment are the only way to truly and accurately express what you feel when words can’t.
When he said "No" i couldnt help but burst out laughing oh my goddd
😭😭
Blood doesn't make a family..... LOVE does..... mad respect...
He's the father we all honestly aspire to be one day
I'm not trying to bring the mood down from this special moment, or seeking any,, empathy or pity points for myself.
I have lived most of my early life (4-18) at 2 (terrible) orphanages, mother is alcoholic drug abuser, and multiple stepdads of the same problems.
Seeing something like this melts my heart, finding your true family, in whatever shape it may come is something I hope for everyone to experience in their life ❤️
