Edward Marcell “Girl learns that she is going to be adopted”
I cried at that and it's 3 20 in the morning right now

The second little girl is blessed..her parents are blessings. Some people complain about cross adoptions. This little girl is soooo loved. With all that love and hugs and kisses, she's going to become an awesome woman.

The one with the little black girl got to me. I was adopted when I was real young, and that hit so close to home I couldn't help it. For the 1st time in decades I was reminded of that pure elation I felt when I finally had a family.
The Step-Dad at 7:35 sobbing like a baby is somehow touching and beautiful, not awkward or embarrassing. I remember seeing this clip before and being moved by it.
I second that
He's a real man. A bro for life. Seems to me anyway. What a beautiful heart he must have.
Nothing at all wrong with a dude crying.
"Daddy will you adopt me?"
My heart completely combusted
Same here.
I would say I’m not crying but bitch we all now I am
Those words are every man's kryptonite.
Made me think of my Nana 😭😭😭 My nana was born out of wedlock in the 1940s rural south and her classmates and teachers treated her like crap and bullied her because of it. When she was ten years old her mom married an older man that worked in banking. He told her he was going to adopt her because he loved her and she was HIS little girl and he didn't care what anyone else said. My nana's mother and him never had children of their own but for the rest of his life he always called her "my daughter" and even went to help her pick out her dress for prom when she was a teenager (this was not a common thing then) Then later helped her pick her wedding gown before he died of health complications 😭 Rest in peace Nana, and Rest in peace Papaw Thomas
I was a sobbing mess
You KNOW you’ve done well when your adult children ask for you to adopt them. They choose to have you as a parent. That speaks volumes of your ability to be a great parent.
and of your desirability (financial and otherwise) as a provider!
Nobody asked me to adopt them, but I'll tie them up in my basement until they do.
“I’m going to be adopted?!” And she immieditly burst out happy crying. Beautiful.
its crazy how these kids treasure something that a lot of us take for granted :(

LadyxInsanity I was holding on until she said that. 😭😭😭😭😭 now my makeup is messed up
Just straight up shattered. I lost 70% of my body water out my eyes
I don't get it... if he is already their dad... then why asking for adoption?
@@sholmes4593 Because fatherhood is a legal designation, while "Dad" comes from love and showing up. He was already Dad. The adoption just makes it official legally.
@@SheilaR.08 Yes, I thought these were kids who were like stepkids, but they are all foster kids.
That's a concept that doesn't exist everywhere. In some places you can only live with your biological family or adopted family, there's no middle points.

From someone who was adopted, with all three biological siblings, at age 7, THIS. All it takes is one loving heart to change the course of a child's life. In our case, we got a huge family full of them. Thank you to everyone who opens their heart to children in need. Thank you to everyone who generously doles out love, stability, and support for those kids that so desperately need it. Thank you, mom and dad. 32 years and 2 days ago you opened your home to four strange and quite troubled children. You made me who I am today and I am forever grateful to you. I love you.
That is beautiful. Thank you for sharing ❤
I’m a 6’4” Chicano, raised in the not-so-great neighborhoods. Been shot at, brawled, scars from bottles, have had friends die. I never cried any of those times. I’m bawling my eyes out now, especially at the second little girl. How it must hurt to be a child and finally feel like somebody loves you.
The ethnicity you are, the place you were raised, your gender, your upbringing, the shape of your body doesn't matter, sir. You have a heart and that is what matters.

That little girl at 1:57 always breaks me when I see that video. Just the way she say's I'm going ti be adopted with such innocence and pure joy gets me everytime.
as a child of adoption myself, I love these videos. I had a shitty ride in my experience, so it's nice to see other people get that moment. my father passed when I was 17 but I'm 33 now and my mother is still kicking it like a wild donkey and I can't thank them enough for what they did for my brother and I.
This made me bawl bigtime. In 1963 I was in an orphanage (in Canada) and two amazing people walked in and were looking around at 32 little babies. Apparently I was the only one with a giant smile on my face and my eyes were as big as saucers. I was just 4 months old. Those wonderful people "chose" me. I was given the best childhood and life I could ever ask for. Sadly both my parents have passed now, but when they told me the story of my adoption when I was 23yrs old, I cried endlessly that day (good tears of course). Best parents ever. I sure hope I get to reunite with them in the afterlife when I get there.
Wendy Solo This is sooo cute, thank you for sharing! ❤️. I always tried to understand why people that were adopted, even if they had a good childhood they tend to feel very bad when they find out later on. I'm not judging, what I mean is that I thought the feeling would be of feeling thankful rather than sad about it. I think it's the first time that I read something as sweet as what you wrote, thank you again.
@@marybrit You're welcome. I had no desire to find my birth mother until after my parents were both gone. I would have NEVER betrayed them in that way. I know some adoptive parents say they understand when their kid wants to find their biological family, but at the same time...families have been destroyed when the adopted person decided to have a stronger relationship with his/her biological mother. I would find that to be a huge betrayal to the people who really wanted a child but couldn't have one. My mom had 7 miscarriages before finally giving up and adopting me. I always felt so heartbroken that she tried so hard. And the worst part it...she was always 7 months pregnant. Today that baby could be saved at 7 months. Sad really.

All our prayers with you. You're doing the most important thing in life: building love and trust.
I love this! I was adopted as a baby in the Phillipines, and it makes me so happy to see the happiness brought to others through the selfless love someone can have for another. A family doesn't require the same blood. It only requires unconditional love for another. This is beautiful!
We adopted a little girl and it has been an experience that will never be eclipsed regardless of any circumstance that one could possibly imagine. I highly recommend it as we are the "lucky" ones to have her in our lives.

This speaks volumes! My late father was a foster kid, who lived in an abusive foster house but he persevered and went to Bible College that's when he was adopted by my Grandpa and Grandma Croft while a student.

Oh well, at least these were happy tears.
@KitCat Art I’ve never cried this much in any year before. That last three months I changed and became extremely fragile and and cry over little things that I don’t think they should make me cry. I am afraid now to cry in front of someone cause I weirdly can not control crying. And when I cry my eyes become bloody red and my nose becomes pink and it’s extremely obvious cause will be looking like a zombie.😂
I remember a month a go Once I knew I failed the subject that I cared about the most and spend money on the most and didn’t sleep properly for months for my project. I cried for a straight half an hour and couldn’t stop until I forced myself to cause I got tired of crying and my eyes and throat hurt so bad.
@KitCat Art sorry for writing unnecessary stuff. It made me feel a little better anyway 👌
The moment it really hit home was when the lil girl was reading on the steps and started to cry. He just picked her up and held her like she was his own body, like any good dad would naturally do to their daughter. And that's what is incredible about love: that girl wasn't fathered by him, another man is her biological dad, but that fact is null and void when he feels real father love and commitment to this little girl. He doesn't see another man's girl, he sees his girl. That gets me every time.
ya even though hes not her bio dad hes the right one and the real one for her
This is what I watch when I need pure happiness.
There’s no greater feeling than knowing you’re loved, have a family. Many blessings to all that have been adopted and waiting to be adopted. ❤

Sometimes when I feel like I haven’t had a good cry in a while, I purposely look up videos like these. I’m a tough guy, so this is my secret, only you guys know. Please tell me I’m not alone in this😂
My baby brother was adopted, and I honestly can't imagine what my life would be like without him. He is my best friend, and I love him so much.
Amazing ❤❤
1:40 that girl made me cry. Her parents love her so much.
I have never seen more hearts healed in a single video. Very powerful.
I got adopted when I was 11 happiest day of my life it felt like I was actually wanted it felt like I had a home a place I can go to after school and say that’s where my family lives I’ll never forget it and I care about them so much they push me everyday and I love them for making me realize that I needed someone all along I couldn’t ask for a better life it’s not perfect but nobody’s is and too me this is as perfect as I want it to be:)
We are going to adopt our precious monster when she is 2. I cant wait. I am going to cry like a baby in court when its final. 1 more year to go 🥰
Thank you so much for making such a difference in a child’s life 😊

@@jacobmartinez5089 what happened? All gone well?
8:02 I love how brotha man cried when he read thee adoption papers and letter. That is a father to me. A loving father doesn't always have to be biological.
this got me too, that's the tears of a loving man and father.
@@DefenderofFuture very true I grew up being raised by my grandfather and my biological father was and still isn't in my life so now that my grandfather is passed and went to heaven I feel fatherless. I don't even know if he is alive or dead
@@edwardmarcell2494 that sounds really hard. my father was around my whole life but now he's sick and I'm caring for him how he always cared for me. I hope you get the chance to be a father yourself some day, that's what I hope for myself so I hope we get the same blessing.
@@DefenderofFuture your father is in my prayers and I hope to God his health gets better physically. May God protect you and every relative and in-law always. The hardest day of my life was when my grandfather passed away from this life. So prayers up for you indeed
1:57...she absolutely melted my heart.
Strong and pure true love! ❤️☝️Impossible not cry!
