Hi, we're Beth & Paul from Brisbane, Australia and we love to travel!
Paul retired on 28th February 2020 and on the 1st March 2020, we set out on a 6-month adventure around South East Asia. This was a well-planned once-in-a-lifetime travel experience! It was our intention to show you how you can have a great time travelling without spending a fortune.
Our timing wasn't great - with the outbreak of the Covid-19 virus and subsequent global turmoil less than a month into our trip.
Until it is safe to travel internationally again, we turn our focus on travelling around Queensland and sharing everything our beautiful State has to offer!

Very calming and relaxing. Very nice houses and amazing to see what the locals were doing. Thats such a pretty sunset.

Love Noosa. We haven't been for a while but you might have sparked the interest for a cheeky weekend away without the kids :-) Also, gotta love the discounted ticket sites. We use Groupon and Scoopon quite a bit to have some fabulous days out.
Hi Guys 🤗🤗 it’s a great time to go…..it was very quiet in Noosaville this week, Sth East Qld will probably take a while for tourism to bounce back after the floods. We enjoyed walking along Gympie Terrace in the evening ….the restaurants were open but we haven’t seen it that quiet for years….oh and we ❤️ a bargain!

Thanks Arthur 🤗 Yes, after seeing so many flooded images in recent weeks, we couldn’t help but think they could be under water one day. There are already signs of massive erosion in some areas we sailed past.

my dad and uncle were major general norman clowes and cyril clowes i am just wondering if you know any relatives ?hes son is called captain norton john clowes hes 95yrs old and was born in australia his dad and uncle are mentioned in war .He would love to come over iam his carer as hes blind in one eye and his other eye is not much better he loves your stories .please keep up the good work.ps iam typing as his blind sorry about the spelling .i do mermaiding as well.his children live all over the place here
