Animated Courtroom - Kråtké a kreslené filmy
I gotta say, the first charge looks a lot like scaring off intruders, since at least that part of the swamp is obviously his territory
Yeah
Exactly what I was thinking. The villagers were trespassing on his property. They also did it with the intent to kill, or at least harm. I mean what else are pitchforks and torches used for.
ââ@@madelinestraumanis219thing is it isn't technically Shrek's property, as revealed by the fact that he needs to obtain the deed from Lord Farquad
@@scotandiamapping4549 True, however they were clearly attempting to murder him without cause. I feel like that justifies his actions.
@@quinnfletcher3906 Good point
The 15 counts for assault technically doesn't count because Shrek is technically participating in a gladiatorial sport and the soldiers are attacking him, so it is self defence
That and he suggests settling it peacefully.
Exactly!
That's what I was Thinking!
Aw yeah thatâll make a whole lotta difference with his 3 counts of death and one of life
Is real life bro
â@@SPAnComCatHello again xD
When it comes to Shrek fighting in the knights, Farquaad had the knights attempt to murder Shrek. Iâm pretty sure that Shrek can get away with it being self-defense.
Duh
He also suggested settling it peacefully before they tried to kill him.
@@KingOfQuinns I mean yeah but also he did tresspass invading their home, So they could also be seen as Self defense: 1:18
I'd say shrek leans more since he did try to resort to a more peaceful treaty yet they refused to just Tell him to leave upon realising he wasn't there to be more of a threat.
The happy, idyllic music into TERRORISM: +DEATH SENTENCE got me
Me too
5 possible 6 charges need to be removed from the first movie
1: the intimidation charge those villagers were trespassing on his land he has every right to chase them off given their intentions.
2: him entering Dulock (i think that's how it's spelled) was perfectly reasonable as he went to see their ruler to find out why every fairy tale creature was getting dumped on his land.
3: they were trying to kill him, self-defense as they were told to kill him and all that over him wanting Farquad to get all the intruders out of his swamp
4: does going into Fiona's prison castle truly count as trespassing the only way she could be rescued is by entering the place
5: the sexual assault was accidental as I'm certain it wasn't his intention to do that
6: False imprisonment cannot be applied her as it's a dangerous fire breathing dragon if anything he leashed an animal that could have done a lot of damage if left to roam free (which i know it was free after that point but Donkey reined her in pretty well
ABSOLUTELY
i agree that the sexual assault charge on the dragon was a bit unneeded. but i do see validity in the assault charge (just plain old assault, since there was nothing sexual about shaking fiona to "wake" her up i don't think).
@@cursiveM huh? there wasn't an assault charge towards Shrek waking up Fiona only a trespassing charge for entering her room
@finalfantasylord1 i said what i did because the sexual assault charges applied to both shrek forcibly waking up fiona *and* shrek's ass getting kissed by the dragon.
i'm saying that shrek should not be charged with *sexual* assault in either case because a. i don't think shaking anybody awake counts as sexual assault. but at the same time it could because it's a man forcing action onto a woman, and b. for the dragon case, dragon was the one kissing shrek's ass, not the other way around.
i sort of forgot, actually, i don't know anymore
you must be shrek's lawyer
2:57. How could Shrek be charged for trespassing in an abandoned castle? No one owns it and I highly doubt the Dragon is going to be pressing charges instead of simply frying him to a crisp, nor would Fiona or her parents considering he rescued the princess from the tower.
Yeah since, Dragon though seemingly more sentient doesn't really own the castle it merely happens to live in it, Fiona is Kidapped there so yeah it isn't her home either so he's not really tresspassing as noone would care enough for that and would really be a thing on a structure noone owns.
Several charges could be removed from this list. The intimidation at the beginning was simply protecting his land from trespassers, him entering Duloc would be legal as he had a legitimate concern over his land and the uninvited fairy tale squatters, and all the knights were in self-defense as he did try to negotiate with them first and only resorted to violence as an act of self-defense when he couldn't negotiate with the knights.
the first charge and the 15x assault charges are bogus. one is his property, and he is removing trespassers. the second is clearly self defense as they all want to kill him first
Two charges in the first movie should be removed. The guys were literally going to kill Shrek, so the intimidation charge should be removed, and then there's the brawl in the wrestling ring. That's textbook self defense
First one even more so since they are technically entering his propety without permission
Also, the first terrorism charge would be on Dragon and Donkey since HE, not Shrek, told her to go on a rampage and she's established to be sentient so all of her actions could be treated as those of a regular person
One thing I neglected to mention, due to the timeline fuckery, the main events of the 4th movie never technically happened
â@@theblazinken3501It was Shrek who let her loss though
A lot of these were either unintentional accidents (like the dragon kissing shrieks bum) or donkeys doing (like the dragon being let loose on the town which technically donkey didnât even do)
Saul Goodman: your honer my client was simply just defending his territory he wasn't harming anyone just self-defense
The 15 counts of assult are self defence because the knights attacked Shrek and Shrek wanted to settle it over a pint

If Sesame Street Villains Were Charged For Their Crimes
4:45 Heâs gotta have some sort of negligence charge for letting Donkey fall on the floor with nothing to break his fall.
If anything that would be animal cruelty, not neglect. But considering it's a TALKING animal, meaning it is a human for all intents and purposes, and is not a child... animal cruelty can be dropped in favor of assault.
1:46 This is self defense. Same with Shrek imprisoning The Dragon.
What are you doing In my swamp?
-Shrek
I think you he should have also gotten a squatting charge since no matter how much he claimed "my swamp," the swamp belonged to Farquaad. It was only at the beginning of the third act that he got the official deed.
Technically the fourth movie doesn't exist considering it was an alternate reality where Shrek never existed, so those charges would be null and void when Shrek returns to his own reality.
2:07 im not sure if i could count that as assault looks like self defense
I was about to say that
It would've been like:
Dude that was self defense
on 1st charge. shrek was defending himself and his home. that's not really crime.
3:31 Objection. Your honor, seriously?! She thought she was kissing the donkey and he had no intention of landing there!
2:07 Objection! They were ordered to *kill* him! He acted in self-defence! The fact that he seemed to enjoy toying with them doesn't help his case, but still!
0:30 objection, they were traspasing on his private territory. And The Dragon is her own creature (argubly intelegent), so she m or donkey (since it's his idea to ride her to Duloc)should get charged for most of her crimes 5:05
I think he was self defending in his first charge. And he didnât even assault any of the men that came to FRIKIN KILL HIM
You forgot charged him assault where in the first movie where Shrek steps on donkeyâs hoof to shut him up
Where was that in the movie? I know puss did that (being, stepped on his hoof) in the 2nd movie to get him to cry for a little business card god mother gave them (well, indirectly since she was more than likely giving it to fiona, although, I'm not sure).
@@morganrussman its where they rest by that windmill
@Pettway1996Studios you mean where farquaad came out to pick fiona up and shrek doesn't hear all of donkeys and fionas' conversation, therefore getting all upset due to that? Hmmm, ok. I'll have to watch the movie again, but, I still don't remember that happening.đ€
If monsterverse villains were charged for their crimes. Part 2đȘ
When Shrek was fighting the guards it shouldâve been self defence bc lord Farquaad said whoever kills the ogre will be the champion
Five-oh donât get the meaning of self defence
-Lamar 2013
I think that after the crimes, Shrek was pardoned
All The charges from Shrek forever after should be taken off because Shrek changed the timeline so those things technically never happened
Thanks, Animated Courtroom

3:30 letâs be real here, that wasnât Shrekâs fault.
0:20 1:46 and 3:51 is self Defense
Pepper spray was invented in 1962
People before 1962:
7:55 and 8:05
Day 6 of asking for "If Eric Cartman was charged for his crimes"
In the castle fight scene, i dont know if it would count as assault, as shrek was going to be killed by the guards due to order of lord farquad
3:26 How is that sexual assault? He didnât do anything.
If it really assault if theyâre trying to kill him?
Counter Arguments:
~Shrek 1
It's not intimidation if it's his property. Shrek's property, he can do what he wants to people who trespass as long as he doesn't kill. First charge is nullified.
You even gave the reason for the 2nd charge being nullified. It's not resisting arrest if there's no arrest being made. Could argue that there was, but with no enforcement there was no threat.
Trespassing one I get, but there was no one at the gate aside from someone who was knocked out due to fear. Everyone else is at the arena.
None of the assault charges go through, it's all self-defense as they were attacking him. All Shrek wanted to do was talk things out before he had to get defensive.
Fair Deal, you give me the princess after rescuing her, I give you full entitlement to the land you own. All parties agreed with an entire kingdom as witnesses to the verbal exchange. Contract of the exchange, however, was made under duress, and therefore cannot be properly enforced, which would rescind the contract.
Crop Field does not look to be destroyed, even with Donkey's 4 hooves. Only destruction is pulling onions off the plants for food. At best it's theft of edible goods, which only would be a minor misdemeanor at best. Needs changed.
2nd trespassing charge, nullified. He is there to bring Fiona to Farquaad as his champion ogre-knight. Old, decrepit castle, unowned. Charges cannot be placed without proper ownership.
Not sexual assault. The Dragon kissed HIS ass, not the other way around. Sure, Donkey was the one who was going to receive the kiss, but Shrek getting in the way was accidental.
The Dragon has been at that castle for YEARS at this point, so it was false imprisonment before Shrek even showed up. Can't pin it on Shrek for outwitting the dragon protecting the Princess as a crime.
Kidnapping, I'll give you that one. She expressed no desire to go, he forced her and took her with him. It may have been his job but that is no excuse for his actions.
Shrek didn't let the dragon loose on the town- Donkey did. Terrorism Charge removed.
Crashing a wedding / Disorderly conduct, yeah, that's fair. He wasn't invited, no matter his feelings about Fiona.
2nd Resisting Arrest charge. Yep. No fault there.
It's not 2nd degree murder- it's a person of royalty. That means REGICIDE. However, for the sake of your argument, killing Farquaad was never truly intended. The Dragon decided to do that on her own. Regardless of the fact that the dragon was called to attention, she is not a pet and therefore Shrek nor Donkey can be held accountable for her crimes.
~Shrek 2
Union member fraud is Petty Larceny, 1st degree scheme to defraud, & 2nd degree ID theft. $25K for defraud scheme, 12m jail & $2.5K fine for Petty Larceny, 6m jail max for 2d ID Theft.
Trespassing is waived as FGM caught them and they left peacefully.
Assault charge, Yep. No complaints on that one. Same for False Imprisonment even though he's not tied up or locked up in the closet.
Burglary, plain and simple. No complaints.
Reckless Endangerment - No. No one was fatally wounded or hurt in any way. Pushed due to flood of a magic potion, definitely. But everyone escapes safely.
Property Destruction - No complaints.
Illegal Squatting. Maybe. It can be argued (and those watching would confirm) it's just storm shelter. With pleasantries and offers to repay for the stay, it would then seem to be temporary tenants, same as a hotel / motel. They would be a 'customer' and therefore legally on the land- even if they entered illegally at first.
Robbery - Blatant, no complaints.
Dine & Dash is iffy, as it's not seen if they paid or not. Without more evidence we cannot pin that crime on them.
Resisting Arrest, yep I give that one. No complaints, it's plain as day.
Felony jail escape / escaping lawful custody, middle road for punishment, no complaints.
We don't know if it's Shrek's idea to create the giant gingerbread man or Gingy's, so without knowing we can't blame Shrek for Terrorism here. He may be in command, but that does not mean ownership.
He was asking a question- rather rudely and with anger, but a question nonetheless. Not intimidation.
The entire play section is self defense. Agreed, no charges.
~Shrek Forever After
I wouldn't call this Terrorism. Heavy on destruction of the entire town, yes. But not terrorism.
Rumple may be the ruler but Shrek was not in custody. No charge.
Property Destruction - Blatant. No complaints.
Donkey was kidnapped in Rumple's leadership, Shrek rescued him. Charge revoked.
No complaints on Sexual Assault here.
It's a plot to free the wrongfully imprisoned. It's justice, not a riot.
~Extra Legal Assistance
Double Jeopardy, one cannot be tried twice for the same crime. This would mean that any consecutive charges that Shrek is acquitted or found Not Guilty of, he cannot be charged of those again.
Shrek 1:
Cannot be tried twice for Resisting Arrest as the first he was found Not Guilty. 2nd charge revoked.
i feel like another thing should be added to the shrek forever after case.
what ever crime shrek is charged with wouldn't matter, since the story takes place in an alternative universe where yes, rumpelstiltskin is the tyrannical dictator ruling far far away with a golden fist. not to mention, after his world falls apart, shrek is traveled back to the roar at the birthday party, which was before all those crimes could be charged.
@@cursiveM That is something I didn't mention on purpose, but good on you to catch it.
If Shrek is in jail
Lunch is served
His choice would be cheesecake!
0:33 now hold on the piligers were trespassing his property so he's in the right
1:22 also there was no one to pay after that guy passed out and shrek did nothing to harm him.
3:25 Maybe I don't remember the context, but he was rescueing Fiona, so the whole action is self-defense and this one thing was an accident.
Awesome video!!! Honestly Shrek did a lot of good, for example in the first Movie he did free the Fairy Tale Creatures from his swamp, he also saved everyone from the rath of Multiple Villians like The Fairy Godmother and Prince Charming, so in my Opinion Shrek should be given a Pardon :) also for the Lord Farquad kill, in my opinion that was a self defencive kill, so I would also pardon Shrek for that
one more thing : The events of the third movie technically never happned and only Shrek (and Rumple) remember it

8:39 It's actually *not* illegal to escape prison in Germany.
Animated Courtroom, I understand that Shrek has performed all these bad crimes, but how can you charge him for his crimes if heâs innocent!?
The 4 Shrek movies are my favorite movies, Shrek is my favorite character, and heâs the main character!
Also, how can you charge an ogre of all people!?
Please do if lightning McQueen and mater was charged for their crimes
2:37 đ Iâm sorry thats
What??
Shrek Being A Memes
The first charge can be labelled as defence of property, as they were trespassing onto his property.
The case where he assaulted 15 knights can be self defence, as thier intent was to "kill" him as ordered.
Rumplestiltskin was an usurper and not the rightful ruler, so those charges hold no credit at the end.
20th Anniversary Shrek 2 Since 2004
Shrek is love, Shrek is life, and Shrek isâŠgoing to be charged as a crook?!
I mean for the first one, arenât the crowd that Shrek scared away were trespassing on his swamp in the first place? And I mean come on, do you really think Shrek intentionally fell on the dragonâs tail where she accidentally kissed his butt?
Can you do The Shawshank Redemption Villains charged for their crimes next please
to be fair, he was in a world made my the villian in the fourth movie so i doubt those charges would carry over
If alex the lion (all Madagascar movies) was charged for his crimes
3:57 (rubbs bringe of nose) Objection. This is clearly self defence. And even if it wasn't, the Dragon could easily get out of that. You'd might as well declare "faulse imprisonment" every time someone slams a door in someone else's face!
If Paw Patrol villains being charged for their crimes
1. Mayor Humdinger
2. Harold Humdinger
3. Lady Bird
4. Codi Gizomodi
5. Victoria Vance
How is it trespassing if the dragon slammed him through the roof, plus it was abandoned and only inhabited by Fiona and the Dragon
2:57 Three-way objection, your honor! First, he was thrown through the ceiling by the dragon. That was not his intent. Second, she was waiting to be rescued. I'm guessing anyone would be welcomed? Third, Lord Farquad sent him on the quest.
Ok I got a few for you 1. Intimidation should be removed he was just getting people off his land. 2. Assault just self defense in a gladiator arena fight 3. Crop destruction he is clearly walking between the rows of plants. 4. Trespassing heâs going to farquaadâs castle for official business to discuss his swamp after he dumped fairy tale creatures on his land. 5. Second trespassing charge he went in to save her from the dragon. 6. Sexual assault itâs a dragon. 7. False imprisonment Its a dragon Shouldâve been charged with property destruction for the two kegs of Ale he destroyed in the arena and two charges of theft one for the ale he drank in the arena and second for the crops Shrek is eating.
2:29 You can see and hear him step on a squash, and is possible that he has destroyed others offscreen.
That's probably the rashinal for the crop destruction charge

Day 10 of asking for marvel thanos
The sentence of shrek crimes gets me every time.
Most of these charges are set against him by the villains who he is trying to stop.
1st part is more self defense to me. Shrek has shown to be harmless to the humans unless he's being threatend. He didnt touch any of the angry villagers and the villagers had the intent to ittimidate or possible hurt shrek or destroy his property
4:36 Objection! Donkey is not the one on trial, here!

hey for that first crime, he was just scaring them of his property, which is legal for him to protect what's his
For one of your next videos, how about âIf Gru was charged for his crimesâ?
Shrek crimes that should be taken back:
Shrek
1) Those villagers are intruding on his land and most likely trying to kill him.
2) Those knights were ordered to kill him first.
3) Iâm not sure how thatâs trespassing when he accidentally gets knocked into the tower.
4) The Dragon was trying to kiss Donkey against his will and accidentally kissed Shrekâs butt, so Iâd call it sexual assault on the Dragonâs part.
5) The whole point was to defeat the Dragon.
6) Heâs bringing Fiona to Farguaad anyways, so I wouldnât call it kidnapping. The whole point is for her to be rescued.
7) I can understand him killing Farquaad would be illegal. But, if anything, Farquaad should be charged for his crimes because of his enslavement and removal of fairy tale creatures from their homes and placing them on Shrekâs land, as well as trying to have Shrek brutally killed and have Fiona go back to the tower where she herself was enslaved.
Shrek Forever After
1) Iâm not sure how thatâs terrorism because heâs only just scaring people. Heâs not hurting or killing anyone.
2) Rumple Stiltskin is the ILLEGAL ruler of Far Far Away, as he made the real King Harold and Queen Lillian sign a contract they werenât aware would make them disappear and die. I feel like any crimes committed against Rumple should be taken back, as he effectively committed regicide and illegally became the ruler of an entire kingdom. Not only that, but he ensalved the ogres, so Rumple should get a slavery charge added to whatever charges he has beforehand. Even he incites a riot of people to find and illegally arrest Shrek at one point.
Shrek got 3 death sentences and 122 years and 1 live sentence and2.0009.250 dollar's
