Oh 100% clone wars. Playing the ground battles against my bro back in the day were so fun. However they are all great games though. Great video mate, really entertaining, keep it up :)

Fun Fact about the Darth maul myth: You can actually kill him earlier than you did by playing as the droideka he will just come closer to you and pretty much fall to his death.
The reason why Palpatine dying ended the level instantly and Maul dying didn't is because Palpatine actually had a health bar, something Maul doesn't have at that point in the stage. This is actually a somewhat common thing (at least in 1 other game). Them falling off the stage results in them hitting the death plain, causing them to die just like the player character, except when they die, the flag that the game looks for (is boss health 0) is checked, ending the level instantly. The same thing happens a few times in Lego Batman 1, more specifically the Catwoman boss and the Penguin boss fights. Catwoman can be killed by luring her down a pit, and Penguin can be killed by acid. There might be other occurrences like this, but I'm not aware of them

23:26 this one surprised me because in the DS port of Lego star wars 3, grievous CAN cut through walls and he even uses all 4 of his lightsabers to do it
Also, at the beginning of the Grievous Intrigue level, Grievous cuts through the wall before his first boss fight.

I knew about the R2-D2's scream being louder if getting pushed off the Cliff, but I always thought It was a glitch.

Because it is a glitch. Most of this stuff is glitches being called myths.
That one also worked in Lego Star Wars the Original Trillogy on the dagobah level btw. When you enter "vader's cave" most cliffs did that but with even more reverb. I couldn't make it work on complete saga somehow...

FUN FACT the Timer times out because 145 hours, 38 minutes and 8 seconds equates to 524288 seconds with is exactly 2 to the power of 19.
Is 2^19 a reference to something?
I think this is the max amount of the numbers variable (int?) can hold, so game just dont know what to do after passing that number
I assume the counter is probably 20 bit as that would explain the 2^19 figure as 1 bit stores 2^0 (1) integer 2 bits store 2^1 integers 3 bits store 2^2 integers and so on
If you enable extra characters in TCS, you can play as a mouse droid in several levels and that one is even faster than the droideka

the palpatine boss fight skip is a skip called ultrakill and is frequently used in lego star wars speedrunning + i think the fatsest character in the complete saga is the mouse droid that can be played in rescue the princess and death star escape with the extra: extra toggle on. great video as always really fun watching :D

@@leeolivia-jk2ip there is another version where you prgress half way through the fight and push him off the edge in another spot and that was called quick / fast kill but its not used in runs anymore because its just slower

Mouse droid is also playable in Lego Star Wars 3, and I think it's the fastest there too.

The 4 arm hug thing with Grevious just happens conveniently as a bug
There’s no real trigger for it

When there are too many unique animation files loaded at the same time in The Complete Saga then some animation data is cut out, most notably Grievous’s run as he has a bunch of animations unique to him (which take up a lot of space due to all his bones) and the run Is defined first in his text file.
For the R2-D2 one, you can also make his scream loud by force pushing him into the quicksand in 4-2. For Grievous not being able to cut walls, I think it's because he's not really a Jedi/Sith as he can't use the force either.
Except he can in DS version.
Can't speak on behalf of Complete Saga, but I 100% played as Jabba on the PC version only of LSWII without mods using similar methods. The person's video isn't fake.
8:25 There's a cheat code that allows you to make Santa in the character customiser in original trilogy but not in Complete Saga.

in the ds version of lego star wars 2 you can play as the cantina band members (each one has a different instrument) and their instruments work probably exactly the same as a lightsaber so hes not entirely wrong lol

What a great video! You can truly see this was made by someone who know these games for so long because well over 15 years playing these game and there's stuff I wasn't aware despite thinking I knew every line of code of them. And the video wasn't just "common knowledge" myths like the cantina band one.
Two that could be worth including, but I also believe are well known, is that Lando can't slap Leia, and instead kiss her hand, and that Vader can't choke Padmé for some reason.
Both true.

Regarding the Droideka: I thought the Wampa is the fastest one in Skywalker Saga.
I used him for the race in Lower Coruscant (the one that has only very few seconds) and the Droideka and I only got silver with the Droideka but gold with the Wampa.
Don't get me wrong, this is still an amazing video with a lot of stuff I did never know about.
I also found that in Lego Star Wars 1, Yoda in the hoverchair is pretty fast, I don't know if he is faster than the Droideka.
*Another Myth for LEGO TCW:* If you play as Ki-Adi Mundi and Geonosis Anakin and enter the elevator that brings you to the Turrets of the Venator you get stuck in it forever!
I randomly discovered that when playing trying to find Geonosis Obi-Wan to get the Jedi together.
Another one is something I found on my own is if you fly into a planet and as the screen is turning red click one of the locations but don’t enter, if you stay for a bit you’ll pass the barrier and can get close to the planet

The reason the characters were switched from yellow over to flesh tone is because LEGO did that with all thier sets by the end of 2004. The Revenge of the Sith minifigs were all flesh.
The video game was mid development during this time. The other characters who were originally released as yellow in sets were changed in the game to flesh for sake of ingame consistency.
Todays been rough and this just made it so much better

14:17 In The Complete Saga, the fastest character is the Mouse Droid, but he's an extra-toggle character. So if we don't count extra toggle, then it's the Droideka.

You should've included the colorless Howard glitch, it's one of the most puzzling things about The Complete Saga and isn't talked about enough in my opinion
How do you do it
@@starklark4560 you need to be on the droid factory level on free play with Kit Fisto as your character, then change the second character to R2-D2 and change back to Kit Fisto. Then join with player 2 and they will spawn as the glitched character.

Fun fact: in TCS, 4-LOM can access both protocol droid and astromech droid panels (as well as bounty hunter panels), but he can't pull levers. He's also one of the only droid characters that can jump, but that's a little more obvious

1:52 I feel like this exploit is almost symbolic of the fight itself. It all hinges on Player 1/Darth Vader/the main driving force at that point pushing the Emperor/ the antagonist off the edge, as it happens in the movie. And the opportunity to push Palpatine off the edge comes from Player 2/Luke Skywalker dropping out/removing themself from the fight. This temporary distraction provides Vader enough time to push/throw Palpatine over the edge in what would have otherwise been a longer and harder fight
Okay so right now I'm playing lego Star Wars the Skywalker saga and I've realized that apparently you can go into space of whatever planet and there will always be a stud comet. BUT and that's a big but I'm not a myth buster or a CZcamsr in general. So I haven't proofed this one hundred percent. I just know that if this does work everytime then it's a great way to grind studs because I was just getting a bunch of studs like 200,000 studs and when I started getting a bunch of stud comet's I went all the way to 500,000 studs. Now again I don't know if this works all the time or if it stops giving as many studs or something. Just thought that you could use it for a future myth busting video or just something other people reading this could use. Bye the way love your videos keep up the good work!okaybye.

If anyone's curious, the Snowman is there as it was originally gonna block off the path that lead to the Lego Indian Jones trailer and would've melted later.
The Lego Indy trailer was supposed to be a demo level before being scrapped, which a recent wii prototype of TCS actually has.
On Boundary Break, they interviewed one of the devs and the snowman in the cantina was meant to block an Indiana Jones level that takes place in Nepal before it gets unlocked. Because the level was scrapped, the snowman had no use.

I think the reason they changed the skin colors in Lego Star Wars I was because in 2005 they started releasing Lego Revenge of the Sith minifigures in regular skin color and they wanted all the characters’ skin color to match for consistency.

It looks like with the myth at 20:42 (Poggle elevator outside map glitch) that both characters need to enter the elevator at the same time (like the video you showed of someone else doing it right). Or otherwise it's because they were controlling both characters/multiplayer.
The general greivous glitch i remember happening to me o tried to do it again but it just didn't happen again
