Tenere 700 Rear Brake Liability

A different video today where i i wonder about this rear brake and how bad it is out of factory.
What is your opinion?

Sue Yamaha over it. I am sure they need to have a laugh too. I already loled. While you are at it, sue them over the soft suspension too which sucks off road. You might bottom out and crash! 😁😂😂😂
