Jaka Parker, tell why they have a limited time for supplying electricity? Why can't the North Koreans build power plants? Or is it not that they don't have enough electricity?
As a result of total sanctions and a trade blockade, they have a fuel shortage... but they are working to overcome the problem by building hydroelectric and other power plants and using solar panels of their own production.

Но они делают все возможное, включая развитие атомной энергетики... так что, думаю, со временем все у них наладится.
