Quite a few royals live in the US, a Prince of Denmark, a Prince of Ethiopia, a Princess of Japan, a Princess of Sweden, a Prince of Greece, a Princess of Germany and NONE of them attempt to play royals in this nation which Has No Monarchy. Outside of the UK and the Commonwealth, Harry's pedigree means nothing without a mandate for diplomatic service.

Harry writes and acts as though he's the only person ever to be in the position of "Spare." There's a lot of spares around-many countries have royal families with heirs and spares, there are also lots of families with noble titles, heirs to thrones that no longer exist. Do they are sit around and whine? No, they use their education and abilities to lead a life-Prince Joachim of Norway is a military attache at his country's embassy in USA, Prince Emmanuel de Merode of Belgium is an anthropologist and director of Virunga National Park in the Congo, the Duke of Anjou (heir to the French throne, if they still had one) has a masters in international finance and advanced degrees in economics, and works for an international bank (and is multilingual in 5 languages). Harry could have made so much more of his life if he'd put his energy into bettering himself and not whining all the time. Its not being a spare that's held him back, or ruined his life, its his inadequacy as a person.
Princess Royal Anne is a 'spare' as is Prince Edward, and they have never complained.
We need to get together, arrange an award ceremony for Haz for something he is good at. The award would be for: GRIFTER OF THE YEAR.

The problem is Harry is as good as he can possibly be. He just doesn’t have much going on upstairs. For all his whining, he always assumed he would be cared for by the RF without raising a finger. When Diana died, she left him enough to keep him and his family happy. His fatal mistake was marrying MM. She has made him a laughing stock and may very well walk away with most of his money. The time may come when Harry looks back on his pre-Meghan, NottCott days with longing.

Prince Philip saw the USA Warrior Games and thought a UK version would be a good idea. Since Harry had nothing to occupy him, the RF suggested making him the RF sponsor. Now that Harry has shown his devotion to the wounded soldiers by milking the funds for MM’s lifestyle, perhaps the sponsorship will be turned over to a more ethical person.

I think one of the worst things is them lying about getting the Queens permission to call Lilibet the Queens pet name from her beloved husband.. the fact she asked no family member to use it after Phillips death..

It actually goes further back than that. It started as a child because Margaret couldn’t pronounce Elizabeth and it came out a Lilibet and it stuck as a close family moniker. Phillip was the last person to use it, and yes the late Queen Elizabeth II asked for it to never be used again. So, there’s no way she would have agreed to it. I have heard that they told her they were going to name her after the Queen which she thought would be Elizabeth, not Lilibet. They were deceitful and tricked her.

When she was a teenager she introduced my husband's grandfather to his wife, my husband's grandmother, at a tea. He always said he owed his entire happy family to her.

I always thought the Oprah interview was strange. The Meg clearly wanted to be the focus and present a narrative without Harry present. If I remember correctly, the interview was advertised as both of them telling why they left the RF, but the first 20+ minutes was all Meghan acting. It felt very dishonest and even more so when Harry did not back up her claims about the family discussing Archie's skin color, and Oprah failed to ask any questions.
The Oprah interview did a lot to stain Oprah’s reputation. Let’s face it Meghan spewed a lot of trash giving that interview. Doing so after the Queen and Charles spent $50 million on that wedding not including the $30 million on the fireworks that Harry didn’t respect his father enough to get permission to even buy the fireworks. After all that came Meghan with the lies that the Royal Family is racist! Harry and Meghan will go down in history as are some of the worst kind of people. Oprah did not failed to ask the question -- I believe she & M planned the whole drama. Any respectable journalist (and Oprah is an experienced one) would have push for more information. I think William and Catherine were respecting a very solemn ceremony, not ‘tense” just being restrained, respectful and dignified. It was not show biz it was a historic, religious and constitutionally important occasion.
The Coronation was beautiful, memorable, and history in the making.
I think it also must have really brought home to both William & Catherine that, in the fullness of time, they will be going through that very same ceremony themselves. With the late Queen having had such a long reign, coronations had become history, that day must have been a huge reality check for the whole family.

This morning I watched a news report about King Fredrick and Queen Mary of Denmark, showing them in the state carriage, drawn by 6 beautiful white horses, with a coachman and a groom and surrounded by security men walking alongside. H&M don’t pay attention to those around them. For example, she wore green to a Remembrance Day event. She wore shorts and slip on shoes as she walked in front of soldiers at the last Invictus games.

The reason Harold and Fraud's faux-royaling doesn't work is that they're not symbols or representing anything other than themselves. When a RF member visits a charity or hands out an award, they are symbolising the United Kingdom recognising the efforts of that charity or individual. They're like domestic diplomats, bringing attention to good works while being funded by the state or self-funded - NOT at cost to the charity.
Harry and Meghan don't represent any entity other than themselves, and so when they recognise the efforts of a charity (or attempt to; usually all they promote is themselves), it isn't symbolic recognition by the government, it's just recognition by some guy and his wife. And that prompts the question "well, why does their recognition matter?". It doesn't.

I think we can cut Catherine a bit of slack for looking somewhat “wrinkled” at Wimbledon on that particular day - it was when she attended the Men’s Singles Final and it lasted 4hrs and 42 minutes! It was also one of the hottest summer’s on record. 😎😓

The way people look at those two (starting at 13:02) says it all. They are offensive on so many levels. I still absolutely love Sophie’s stare down at M at their last group royal outing, when they were supposed to wear blue and M wore bright green, then kept smiling at the camera. Agree, Beebs does great analyses, reviews and critiques. I watched her Golden Globes fashion review even though I don’t follow celebrities OR fashion (don’t even watch TV, gave it up 5+ years ago, prefer real people on YT), and thoroughly enjoyed it. She is kind but still honest, and explains her thought process, her reasoning and criteria.
She has interesting observations and I think I could watch Beebs analyze or review just about anything. She obviously knows a lot about fashion and the royal family, and if she has any other interests or knowledge about other topics I’d watch her cover other subjects too. Ok, enough fangirling! 😂
I did not see Will and Katheine as tense, I felt they were aware of the magnitude of what was happening and it also hit home that William was truly the next in line. harry was the last thing on their minds.

Gloria...I have just seen a shocking missing part of that segment! It's on CZcams. It is a confirmation that she planned to go after Catherine in that "racist" dialogue all along, but it was cut out of the interview for some reason. Meghan shows a VERY catty demeanor and tells Oprah as if she discovered this fact herself, that the tabloids called Catherine "Waity Katie" because she was waiting around to marry Prince William. She tells Oprah how "horrible and humiliating" it must have been for her by the media, and it was "rude", she said...."There is a big difference between being rude and racist!" I cannot think of a more telling and vindictive example of Meghan trying to pin the "race" card on Catherine with a hatpin! That was the disconnect all along, and Oprah played a hand in sitting back and watching everyone squirm knowing it was on the cutting room floor, yet Meghan couldn't tell, and Oprah refused. What a horrible group of actors and liars they all are. And dear Catherine didn't even know about it and was made out to be the culprit when it was always a set up by Meghan! Anyone who is interested in it needs to look up on CZcams "Meghan and Waity Katie". (It's a YT short) ..and it's unbelievable. (Interesting that it seems to be making the circles now after Scobie's Endgame...was Oprah the "friend of Meghan's" he referred to?) 😮😵
And lastly, when you watch it, if there is any doubt that Meghan didn't look up Harry or "research" anything, think how much she scours the internet finding nuggets of info buried out there. I even had missed the Waity Katey story details and I'm an avid Royal watcher...I have been since 1982 when I was pregnant with my daughter the same exact time Diana was pregnant with William. How old are they now? yikes!

The idea of 'spare' was jokingly used after Diana had 'done her duty' by having two sons, the 'heir and a spare,' and was then free to be more herself.
It was actually what CHARLES had said, quite cruelly about Harry. Diana had let him think it was a girl even though she knew it was a boy. He meanly took one look, ‘Another boy, and a ginger at that! I’ve the Heir and now the Spare, and I’m done here.” Going on to play polo instead of taking them home. It was a horrid thing to say, but made WORSE because Diana should never have said that comment to anyone. Marriages break down and we ALL say cruel things but you keep your mouths shut to your children.
It meant that Charles and Diana had fulfilled their purpose and were done trying to be a couple 😢
I definitely remember, before Invictus, there were some articles floating around that she was demanding that everything be paid for, for her, including hair and makeup. So imo, it absolutely was a dig at the organizers. Because that woman is PETTY.

Another way to look at the constant hand holding, is they like to pretend that these events are their “jobs”. You don’t go around work, holding hands. It’s unprofessional and very inappropriate. Regarding the mental health day, where she wore the roll of toilet paper…. I can’t be alone in suffering Meghan exhaustion. She just ALWAYS fails spectacularly at being a normal-level compassionate, socially aware human. It’s gotten to the point where she literally ruins everything she touches or appears at. My fantasy is that Harry realizes and admits that Meghan is the biggest mistake of his life, divorces her and moves back to the UK where he apologizes before quietly waiting to be invited back into the fold; and Meghan slides into disgraced obscurity. It’s a pipe dream, but I’m standing by it.

The thing is the Harkles have proven themselves to be lazy, vacuous, talent-free and entitled and THAT's what's not getting them any more work in Hollywood!! They need money and fast but it's their own serious misgivings that is causing their unemployment and they can't blame that on William and Kate.
