Hey Leila, I don’t know if this is the case for you but I feel that sometimes everybody thanking you and sharing the impact you have had in their lives may come off as normalcy. Let me just be DEAD SERIOUS and thank you from the bottom of my heart that you decide to share your knowledge. In a desert of people being lost and disconnected, your videos have given me a “big sister” that I can come for advice. If we ever meet, I will give you a big unsolicited hug and treat you to guacamole.

Thank you for sharing about “Desire comes from lack” and specifically on not having children. I have never had the desire nor felt bad about it. However… so many people will ask me what’s wrong and will ask invasive questions trying to identify why I don’t desire to have kids. Appreciate you!!

I think I like it so much because I wasn't classically educated in business, but rather, I like blazing new paths and creating new avenues that might not have been an option for others whether they didn't have the resources or thought it might be to hard. This is a great video. I wanted to just share my experience. I was very much like you, didn’t want kids. Didn’t even want a relationship lol, I was too fulfilled! One thing Tony Robbins left out is that your needs change over time. For instance, you lose family as you age (I lost both parents) and friends often disappoint you decades in. What I’m saying is, keep an open mind about how your needs/wants may change. PS I ended up with kids and a wonderful marriage AND and fulfilling awesome career (scientist). Love what you and Alex are doing… I just started watching you guys like a week ago and I’m super inspired by the 2 of you.
I wanted to comment on the “ having kids” thing and how you said your needs are fulfilled.
(not trying to persuade you one way or the other; if you don’t want kids you definitely should not have them)
I just want to give you another perspective…
I can see why you wouldn’t feel the need to have kids if you are satisfied with your life but that is NOT what having kids is about. Quite the opposite in fact. Having kids will be the most draining, trying, and demanding thing you will ever do. It will cause everything else in your life to fall apart (not all at once, lol).
They will turn your world upside-down and you will both love and hate it.
In short, having kids is not about you being fulfilled. Having kids is about giving of yourself, your time, and your energy.
Having kids, when done right, is the greatest act of selflessness you will ever commit to.
That being said, should you decide to have kids you will never regret that decision.

Thank you for your great videos. With regard to children it's kind of one of those things that you don't know until you have them. So if you're able to take the leap of faith and generosity you will be rewarded a hundredfold and so will your children. You have such excellent truths to pass on. It's not a matter of wanting children it's a matter of giving children. Giving them to the world and giving them life. But God and all of us are going to love you the same no matter your decision.
8. Solves a mystery of why wealthy societies have so few kids compared to poor ones despite being able to afford it easier. If lack drives desire then that matches the data!

There is absolutely nothing "wrong" with this decision, and anyone who judges you can pound sand. 🙄 I have two amazing children -- and now two beautiful grandsons! That said, this is a deeply personal journey that every person gets to DECIDE for themselves. Fuck the haters -- you ROCK!! 😜💚

audio levels are a bit too high, your audio is clipping. turn the gain down or use a compressor plugin in your editor.
