Well said
And they are adorable, and so likable
Two things that recently helped me turn my life around are:
- Watching every Leila Hormozi video
- Book called "Entrepreneurship by women" by Olivia Turner ( bought it on Amazon and its amazing!!)
Wow I have to check it out
Thank you
The fact that someone at this high level is giving us free game like this should be highly, highly appreciated. Thank u leila 🎉
1:13 Avoid overhiring - The question she asks is whether the problem they’re currently facing is a process, project, or person. When the company hires subpar talent, it creates bloat.
5:16 Normalise feedback - Bosses must be willing to tell the team what needs to be done for the company even when employees don’t like it. Employees don’t always need to like what they do. The work just needs to get done. Feedback is also hard - there should be a culture where giving and receiving feedback is normalised i.e. I want to help you improve and grow.
9:23 Quality Assurance - When the work is complete, a leader must make sure that the quality is to the required standard (ties back with normalising feedback)
14:32 Stay humble - Leaders are those that deliver outcomes, giving credit to the team, and taking the responsibility of failure. Leaders don’t strut.
17:33 Communicate properly - When companies professionalise and grow quickly, it is common that new leaders don’t let stakeholders know about the decisions of the day. At the end of her day, Leila will just go through all the things she’s done that day and think about who needs to be in the loop for what.
You're a saint. Thank you.
Thank you! Watched the whole video without taking notes and your comment was key when writting it all down after.

I am so happy that I 've found your channel. The timing is perfect. You are the role model that businesses owner's and women leaders need right now. The work environments of businesses need to change for a healthy, respectful and productive place. You're showing us how. Thank you ❤
Business owners: Alex is what you want to listen to, but Leila is who you NEED to listen to.

*Amazing video, you work for 40yrs to have $1M in your retirement, meanwhile some people are putting just $10K into trading from just few months ago and now they are multimillionaires*
Waking up every 14th of each month to $210,000 it’s a blessing to I and my family… Big gratitude to Ann Marie strunk 🙌
Hello , I am very interested. As you know, there are tons of investments out there and without solid knowledge, I can't decide what is best. Can you explain further how you invest and earn?
Same, I operate a wide- range of Investments with help from My Financial Adviser. My advice is to get a professional who will help you, plan and enhance your management skills. For the record, working with Ann Marie strunk, has been an amazing experience.
I'm favoured, $90K every week! I can now give back to the locals in my community and also support God's work and the church. God bless America,, all thanks to Ms Ann Marie strunk 😊🎉
Good day all👍🏻 from Australia 🇦🇺. I have read a lot of posts that people are very happy with the financial guidance she is giving them ! What way can I get to her exactly ?
📈 Context is Key: Leaders need context to make good decisions. Without it, improving departments and growing the business is challenging.
🤔 Avoid Over-Hiring: Over-hiring addresses short-term pain with long-term solutions, often leading to unnecessary staff once the initial surge subsides.
👫 Buddy vs. Boss: New leaders must balance being friendly with being authoritative. Clear directives and regular feedback are crucial.
📉 Quality Assurance: Delegating tasks is important, but without quality assurance, the quality of work can decline. Track metrics and ensure adherence to processes.
🙌 Stay Humble: New leaders should continue the behaviours that earned them their promotion. Acting differently can alienate the team and cause issues.
📢 Communicate Properly: Effective leaders over-communicate, looping in the right stakeholders to avoid misunderstandings and ensure alignment.
🚀 Common Challenges: Rapid growth highlights communication issues. While perfection is impossible, focusing on controllable aspects like hiring, feedback, and quality can mitigate problems.
Thank you for this summary. I watched the entire vid but got lost in the details of what she was saying.
By the time I got to the end and she said "these five things aren't rocket science", I said to myself "What five things?!" 🤔😊
Thank you for the clear and detailed summary! Timestamps too would make this absolutely perfect.
Thank you for your guidance!
Not all readers are leaders. But every leader is a reader.
I’m glad I found this video. I feel like I’ve been guilty of each of these in one way or another.
Hi Leila, thanks for sharing…you do need to indicate your intention as a leader from the start and indeed communication is always lacking in some areas of business but it can be improved!
Sharing it with my team now; this is excellent!
Also, heads up for your team *your end screen is missing on this and several other recent videos* . Probably just a tiny process hiccup, but I wanted to flag it because I'd want someone to tell me before dozens of videos went out. 👍
Thanks for the great content!
Even in corporate America. For huge ver solid companies. The recurrent feedback from employees is to improve communication. For the teams to produce high quality work they must be informed. And when there are a lot of teams a lot of departments a lot of executives + a mix between top secret and confidential information; communication gets tricker. Very common to have overload of unimportant communication and lack of important communication related to the business success and strategy.
Yep. Scaling a business isn't just about growth numbers-it's about avoiding the pitfalls along the way. Over-hiring sounds like a quick fix, but as you've seen, it can lead to a mismatch between supply and demand.
You know they are grinding hard behind the senes when the content goes from being made in a studio to a gym.
Let's get it, everyone!!🔥
Yeah I was thinking the same thing. She’s basically jamming the content into her workout time so she can get more done.

Is that process you spent a few weeks on to outline how to hire proprietary? Or is it published somewhere?
Leila, you need to write a leadership/management book.
