    - Watching every Leila Hormozi video
    - Book called "Entrepreneurship by women" by Olivia Turner ( bought it on Amazon and its amazing!!)

    1:13 Avoid overhiring - The question she asks is whether the problem they’re currently facing is a process, project, or person. When the company hires subpar talent, it creates bloat.
    5:16 Normalise feedback - Bosses must be willing to tell the team what needs to be done for the company even when employees don’t like it. Employees don’t always need to like what they do. The work just needs to get done. Feedback is also hard - there should be a culture where giving and receiving feedback is normalised i.e. I want to help you improve and grow.
    9:23 Quality Assurance - When the work is complete, a leader must make sure that the quality is to the required standard (ties back with normalising feedback)
    14:32 Stay humble - Leaders are those that deliver outcomes, giving credit to the team, and taking the responsibility of failure. Leaders don’t strut.
    17:33 Communicate properly - When companies professionalise and grow quickly, it is common that new leaders don’t let stakeholders know about the decisions of the day. At the end of her day, Leila will just go through all the things she’s done that day and think about who needs to be in the loop for what.

    🤔 Avoid Over-Hiring: Over-hiring addresses short-term pain with long-term solutions, often leading to unnecessary staff once the initial surge subsides.
    👫 Buddy vs. Boss: New leaders must balance being friendly with being authoritative. Clear directives and regular feedback are crucial.
    📉 Quality Assurance: Delegating tasks is important, but without quality assurance, the quality of work can decline. Track metrics and ensure adherence to processes.
    🙌 Stay Humble: New leaders should continue the behaviours that earned them their promotion. Acting differently can alienate the team and cause issues.
    📢 Communicate Properly: Effective leaders over-communicate, looping in the right stakeholders to avoid misunderstandings and ensure alignment.
    🚀 Common Challenges: Rapid growth highlights communication issues. While perfection is impossible, focusing on controllable aspects like hiring, feedback, and quality can mitigate problems.

    Even in corporate America. For huge ver solid companies. The recurrent feedback from employees is to improve communication. For the teams to produce high quality work they must be informed. And when there are a lot of teams a lot of departments a lot of executives + a mix between top secret and confidential information; communication gets tricker. Very common to have overload of unimportant communication and lack of important communication related to the business success and strategy.
