Leila! Here after 3minutes of upload. Your content is incredible and you cover everything what gets left out from Alex. Dream team and we get to have this for free. Insane!!
Well said 👏👏👏
It's amazing the wealth of knowledge @Leila Hormozi has. I'm learning so much. She's mentoring people without even realising it .
It would be an honour to meet her!!!😊
I have never felt more envy than I have just now, after realizing how many individuals have Leila & Alex as their leaders... Wishing I had that early in my professional life; instead, the more leadership oriented I became the more I recognized how under-equipped my bosses/leaders were. Knowing how unlikely it would be that I would be recognized for my capacity, I settled on refining my ability in whatever roles I was placed or needed in so as to remove as much concern off the team/company table as possible. I just learned to keep my head down & try to speak the language my superiors knew best- results for some, skill acquisition for others, clear transmission for some, system building for others, etcetera etcetera...
I am the superstar. Watch my rate of growth these next couple of years. Lelia, as always thank you. I love learning new concepts and you and Alex never disappoint.
Every video makes me realize that I work with a CEO who is already doing most of the things she teaches.
I really appreciate how you motivate me to improve constantly as a co-worker, a leader, and a person. Leila, you are an exceptional leader, and I am thankful for you.
Leila! Gotta get you on Alex’s posting schedule because I honestly look forward to your videos more…
We all know you’re in the trenches and that’s some valuable stuff right there
Agreed!
@@MicahGreaney I’m dead lol. Love it
Leila runs circles around Simon Sinek and Adam grant any day of the week 💪🏽🙏🏽
This video is a good reminder to me. Hubris is my biggest problem. I genuinely felt my heart drop once you started talking about humility. I’m sorry.
Write a book on leadership, selection, culture, systems. I need this more than air.
Really resonate with this 80% of my time is focused upon training the team but I now realise I need to also spend a huge amount of time improving our hiring processes
Qyality of this content is freak. I'm reading book a week few years from now, but all ideas mentioned here feels incredibly fresh.
Leila, I love you both with Alex. You are the most incredible couple in business space not only that I ever seen, but also more incedible that I was able to imagine before I saw you both.
just building out my exec team. extremely helpful! thank you so much!
How to spot talent?
Character -> humility > arrogance
Motivation -> embrace extremes
Capacity -> promote progress [& potential] > current performance
What do you know know . Another fire video from Leila . Keep it up ! Your operational wealth you spread is priceless !
Ready for you to write a book !!! Just saying . Wink wink !!!
Leila I love your content, thanks for sharing!
You inspire me to grow every day as a teammate, a leader, and a human. You’re an incredible leader, Leila. Thank you 🫶
Would love a video or link on how to become top talent. Even if it takes 10 years. Love your work. Thx Leila
Love your content, Leila 🫶🏽
This is too good tbh
damn it, i got emotional when i heard about leia getting promoted lol. I know workers like this. Thank you.
All your stuff is so freakin useful.
WE LEARN AND GROW LETS GO
Leila ❤ hi from mexico You spire me
How do you work that balance though? Because if you’re quietly getting the work done, nobody will notice. That’s everyone, everyone is wrapped up in themselves to notice the work that others do around them. Obviously I can see, that being loud often means you don’t feel heard, or being loud could be a “coverup” for separate inadequacies.
I don’t know.
The difference between your early videos and now is astounding.
Did you have to actively train yourself to stop saying "um" or did it naturally happen as you became more comfortable? 0:17
Yayy was waiting for you today
Well this is really a year too late but better late than never 😂. I figured it out on my own but holy hell was it rough. And of course I’ll show my team this because Leila always says it better.
Hey
I have all three of these. Please may you give me a clue to where to start looking g for work?
this was great!
Like this look 👌🏽
Title of new book: $100M Leadership
Assuming you are the growth person, what advice would you give them to find the right place?
Nowadays, we have access to this type of content for free. Many tools and software are available at very affordable prices. If we still struggle to make it happen. It is solely our responsibility
The sound in this recording somehow doesnt sound great on 2x speed.
That was dope
Have you and Alex ever consider creating each other an AI chatbot with your knowledge ?
The audio sounds a bit echoey
🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋
When you gonna drop a book tho 🧐😁
Only look where you look good
First!
Sound is annoying right of the bat (please don't be mad at me)
so real (leila plz dont be mad at me either - try Adobe enhance to improve the audio)
Mmm ok, lots of generic mgmt mantras we were already fed with in private business schools.
Not one concept explained, just statements and mottos from self proclaimed experts.
Sprinkle a few « $[insert any figure]M » here and there, you got yourself a loyal army of sheeps.
Smart.
This video is going in my vault i will show everyone this
