Stop paying stupid prices and Toyota will have to drop them. As a lifelong Toyota fan, this is the most disappointing thing about the company. Watching how they’ve gotten just as greedy as the American companies.
Some dealerships are already dropping prices on them. They’re not moving in some regions.

It's not the manufacture. Manufactures don't own their dealers. The dealers can kinda do what ever they want. If some people are stupid enough to pay ridiculous price. Then let them pay it. I'll never pay over msrp. If anything, I'll wait till I can get a deal.
@@mikemartin3191 I’m not talking about mark ups. Anyone paying even a $1 mark up is an idiot. But MSRPs are definitely up. A 2020 Tacoma off-road 4x4 had a msrp of $39k. Same trim/package now has a msrp of $50-$55k BEFORE any dumb dealership markups
Completely agree but this guys channel is literally “Tacomabeats”. This man is a hype beast. Higher prices make him more money
I like the new tacoma but 56k is hard to justify when I got my 2020 Silverado duramax 1500 LTZ 4x4 for 47k...
Rear view cameras give you a very wide angle..especially backing up in parking lots ..you can see cars that you cannot see in the mirrors..a huge blessing…

The fact Toyota still offers 6 foot bed on the Tacoma is what got me sold on them.

@@hochitam4004 Not on top trims Pro4X. I was even considering an SV but they sell them as work trucks so nothing on them which is only two options.

That floor mat is the wrong one. I got the TRD Off-road all weather floor mat and it fits perfectly. Take it back to the dealer.
You got the all weather floor mats for the 2024 trd off road ? Was that from the dealership like an add on or it Came that way stock ?

I have a 2021 Tacoma TRD Off Road with the Premium/Technology Package and LED Lights. Honestly dude, I have owned 2 Tundras, this is my first Tacoma and I LOVE it so freakin’ much!! It is TRULY all about the TACO!! 😎
I love the +INFLATION. That and Dealer markups are killing the new Tacoma sales.

I picked mine up from one of the best Toyota dealerships in the area a couple weeks back and didn't get tire shine and a bow. Instead I got a detail that involved wiping down the pollen with shop rags. Dealership aside, the underground is growing on me with the color change depending on light etc. Aside from investing in detail equipment, it's a pretty sweet truck. It's been a good upgrade from the jeep it replaced. Hopefully someone comes out with a quad 6.5 sub box soon.

All I can say is that I love my 2022 Toyota Tundra TRD Off Road in Army Green.. she has over 23K miles and no issues... 💅💅💅

rides smoother and better than my 2020 tacoma, yes its more money but it can do the same job with newer and better creature comforts and its not as slow and clunky as the 2020. the 4cy engine is actually pretty sweet with the twin turbo. I like it alot!

I recently picked up my 24 TRD off-road premium in ice cap
I finaly pulled the trigger on a blue , trd sport with the 4K trd package .. no dealer mark up out the door 52k.. mud guards , rubber floor mats , back window opens and side mirrors have led . Not that I care about any of those but yeah can’t be more happy with this purchase and it’s a toyota so hopefuly this 4cyl turbo is as good as the last gen.. 🙏🏼

Gotta laugh at all the haters over the last few months who kept claiming you were getting one for free, accusing you of biased reviews and promoting the truck with Toyota's hand in your pocket. Congrats! Just paid off my 2018, so I will wait a year or two. My truck was about $36k so next time I would go Premium Off Road as well. I’d really like to get that ARB rear bumper as a dealer/parts catalog upgrade.

The truck will stop automatically backing up if it's about to hit something, I haven't tried the front sensor yet.

Great video. I wish you talked more about the motor and turbo. The tech package is great, but any time a turbo is bolted on it just gets a bit tricky.
I bet all the third party tuners are developing a tune for them turbos.
We wanted to have a bit more time and experience driving this to give a better breakdown of the differences with the third gen. We’ll be having another video where we talk about it for sure so stay tuned!

The gas tank in that truck is a no go your tank is almost full and it says your range is only 222 miles to empty even if its full you would probably only be at 260-270 miles to empty
Are the taocmas made in Mexico or Japan like the 4runner?

I’ll say it’s pretty similar to the third gen, maybe a little bit more space
Good option here. What kind of upgrades are you going to do with it? I was thinking getting the same but with 6ft bed. This is the lower 4 cylinder trim for the 2024s taco. It sucks that the 2024 offroad imax does not have the option for the 6ft bed. This pushes buyers to go for the trailhunter which has the option.
I think they’ll have more options available in the coming years for sure. As far as upgrades we’re looking to do something a little different from what we’ve done so we’ll see what it comes out to.
I’m just not into smaller trucks- I drive a full size Ram Crew Cab Rebel and love it.

question is...Will the suspension system be the same spec from previous Gen...that way you can swap over your portals.
It might be easier to swap since the suspension in the rear is different now but we’ll see how they adapt 😅

Seats aren’t real leather but are Toyotas excellent synthetic material.

Hey Miguel, what did you pay for the thing, also I have a couple of questions that hopefully you could go over in a future review.
1) How is the functionality of the back seat for storage in comparison to the last generation? Is the back seat as high quality? Is there a way to aftermarket the plastic seat back for a similar storage area as the 3rd gen?
2) I'm glad you pointed out that ground clearance. It seems like a step backward...?

Let us know if after months of owning it, if you are still finding yourself going back to your 3rd gen. I drove the 4th gen it felt good and I still liked the feel of my 3rd gen more.

I have factory leather in my 23 TRD Off Road, but since Black is so hard to keep clean, I contacted Katzkin and they made me Barcelona Red Leather for my Tacoma.
I sold my factory black leather to a friend who also owns a 23 TRD, so he could take off his grey cloth interior and install the Black Leather from mine.
I hope that the Turbo will last for the 300K miles that my Naturally Aspirated 3.5L V6.
I had a 3 series taco and loved it, I cannot imagine how much more better this one would be!!
Make sure if you have JBL speakers that you get your portable JBL flip speaker that goes in the middle of the dashboard. I work for a Toyota dealer if doubts.

Lol that tank size must be small. Filled up with under 300 on the tank? I have seen some good videos showing decent mileage, but man that is small. That is like my old FJ that got about 220 total while lift. My Colorado Diesel ZR2 get around 600-650 a tank lol. Can't wait to see more content on the new Tacoma.

What’s your 3rd gen suspension height lift and offset
We’ve got a video on it but it’s on portals which give it around a 6 in lift and it’s running a -12 offset right now but the portals also make it stick out a bit more
