Thanks for the video.
I noticed the GPU selection being greyed out when you switched to cycles.
Just wanted to tell you in case you don't know that this means that the GPU is not being used.
This can be fixed by setting the correct device in "Preferences" for "Cycles Render Devices" such as CUDA if the graphics card is Nvidia.

my problems everytime making clouds is they looks grey, its hard to make it white itself, should be triggered with high watt lights and i hate it

is it possible to do with eevee with at least near close result as cycles does?

it is possible to do volume in eevee but the density will be not as thick as cycles does. Hope it helps !
