Hmmm! That’s a lot of smoke! But at least the company answered you right away. Just not sure why they tell you how much to put in and then tell you too much. Oh well! Hopefully they will send you a new filter and spark plug. Good video! Thanks for the review on it
This is a air cooled engine and it’s obviously a lawnmower engine so why in the world would you think that it needs to be cooled with water like what would indicate that water runs through it being that you’re looking at basically a lawnmower engine? when you people make sure you know what you’re talking about if you came here to watch a video to learn about the engine then how are you gonna jump on the comment section telling the man that bought it what kind of engine it is you were absolutely 100% wrong. this is how all other outboards stay cool not this particular one “know it all.”
I'm glad the motor works. It will be good to see you guys fishing from the boat.

Hello 😊
Your channel is my happy place.
I thought that those are supposed to have your prop in a bucket of water as that’s how the engine gets cooled
For a water cooled engine, yes. But this is an air cooled engine.
@@TPoutdoors well that shows you how much I know about boat motors. I thought they were all water cooled. lol! Good luck with it!
Hope it works out for Y'all. I don't like instructions where you have to read between the lines. Good luck. GOD BLESS Y'ALL.
Hopefully it works. Let us know
Thats way too much oil it should only need about a half quart
You burnt it up. You need to put it in a bucket of water or small barrel that's how they stay cool
Nope it’s air cooled
