- 250 g (9 oz) of tortiglioni pasta
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 aubergine
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- A generous handful of basil
- 100 g (4 oz) of robiola or other fresh cheese
- 1 chilli pepper
- Salt and pepper
- Fry oil
- Olive oil
