I love you videos mate you have a natural talent for narration, you're very good at explaining yourself and teaching. Could have utilised your press on that bumper, would have had to put it away from the wall but wouldn't have made short work of a few of those heavy dents..a bit easier on the old ears too...
Thanks. If I had to guess I would have said wild pig would be stronger than domestic pig before I tried it. The wild pigs from around here are mild tasting and not a lot of fat. John
The farm equipment sold back in 1890's up to say 1920 sold in the lower 48. Was made from a better steel. You can still find the equipment. It want have any paint left on it. But is still in working order. Today the metal will rust out fast. And now they do not use a primer under the paint. I have a one row horse drawn planter built in 1889 . No paint sits out in the weather still works. The wood handless long gone.
Well ohn if you give up the farm , you can start your own panel beating business. Considering what you had to work with, once painted the bumper looks pretty darn good.
@@farminglifeaustralia6716 Don't expound on your fix on the bumper to the D.O.T. inspector. What they don't notice (or don't notice), don't hurt them. Cute piggy's, It's fun when your wife PAT picked one up, how it scrambled. Kuddos to you mate.
with the size of that boar.i would start carrying a weapon with me at all time's.sorry it took so long to comment i've had covid again.stay safe. gary.
Great job on the bumper. Nothing like some creative welding and grinding.
I am glad its done. John
poor cow, nice job on the truck bumper, you got amazing skills John
Thanks for the view. John

Unfortunately the damage being right on the mounts made it hard. John
Great job, John. Multitasking at its best.
Sometimes multiswearing. John
Good job John, looks a lot better than it was. Pigs are looking good, i done think I've had wild pig, even though dad had raised a few.

Yeah you go out west and look at the really old dump sights and there is old machinery everywhere like that. You can still undo the bolts. John
Good job on the bumper. And that Boar was big. Wouldn't like to run into him on a track walking.
He was a big boar one ear ripped I would say a dog has had hold of him. John
Reminds me of Daffy, Elmer and the Wabbit! "Duck Season! Pig Season! Duck Season! ......." 😜😉😂
Those wood ducks got going when the boar came along. John

It was pretty sad. I think 70 is to old to start another business. Give up the farm sounds alright some days. John
Nice videos
👍👍
cool show!
Thanks. John

@@ClickinChicken No I don't talk to them. The local garage does the inspection. John
Here there is no inspection just license, insurance. The road safety of the vehicle is upto the owner.
In Australia it is different in some states but you have to get vehicles checked for safety brakes lights etc. John
The Boar maybe the father of those piglets I would imagine!!
He is a big Ba$7ard I will fix his clock if I get a chance. John
Such young piglets slightly mature give good pork.
We have some big ones we are going to butcher shortly. John
Good job John. Question: do you use resin core gas less wire in your mig?
I only use inershield or resin core when I can't use gas outside in the wind. In the workshop I use gas. John

Sorry to hear you have been crook. I got the rifle out and made sure it shoots strait and Pat is carrying her phone to warn me if she sees him. John
With all those wild boar you would have had a profitable butcher shop here .wildboars don't exist here.
I can't believe how they breed. Much faster than cattle. John
