Next time you will wear your PPE so you don't get an eyeful. I wonder of the next lot will be so trusting when Pat goes to feed them?

No problems with worms being wild? When I worked in Tully FNQLD the caretaker used to catch them on the range and then keep young ones and feed them clean feed to get the worms out of the meat. The larger ones were relocated 😙 Keep them for a few months and then relocate those as well to the BBQ. He said that the older ones would more than likely be full of worms and that it would affect the meat. The younger ones would be ok after a while.

We have had them for a few months and the first thing we do is worm them. No sign of any worms. John

That was the old idea, I cant taste any difference. Bulls were not regarded as good eating for the same reason. Now bulls are worth more than steers. John

That loader is gold, your feed and sweet worked well. Never find them that nice and fat in the woods, well done. What would you look for on the guts as a problem? What temp is there this time of year? and is that a metal blade in the saw? Sorry so many ???

If they have any spots on the kidneys or lungs liver etc its not good. The temperature at the moment is up to 30 of a day but still cool of a night. Last night was about 16 in the middle of the night. The saw blade was a metal one but a course metal one 10 teeth to the inch. The fine ones I find get clogged and wont cut for long. John

What saw plade do you use on the meat. Looks like a white coated type and looks to cut well. Thanks

I'd say that diablo 12" pruning blade would work pretty well
