She gonna get chonky if she stays long enough she was using meth 100 percent before hand and going to random trap houses and random dudes houses to stay so she had super sporadic eating patterns and now she's getting those carb heavy 3 squares while sitting around in an area smaller than a elementary school gym for 6 hours a day tops the rest is in a cell and I doubt she's gonna do pushups and chinups doesn't seem like the type . When I went to jail in 2 and a half months I went from 156 to 185. If she sits long enough we might see a whole new ms green and then sadly if she doesn't get help then we will see her again quickly deteriorating

I get that they jail addicts to sober them up, but considering the health risks, lack of decent medical supervision, and being surrounded by other addicts and dealers, it's really a joke.

This is the saga of just one person for drug charges. What a drain on the judicial system.
It's not designed for what we deal with today. China knows how much this costs the US government and states. This is why part of the fentynyl is pouring in to Mexico. Everything has a purpose. Btw...she would have just received probation. If she had been responsible. She's a runner. They are always expensive.

@@PaleoVirusright. They were about to drop her warrant for failure to appear until they found out she was lying about her current location. She went on the lam as judge Webster said. If she had not done those things she would have been out on bond throughout trial and she may of gotten a plea, probation, treatment.. who knows.
What does the person suggest happens when someone is caught with drugs like meth? I don’t know that I 100% agree with charges, imprisonment, and a record is the best solution. But I don’t have another solution and I am sure they don’t either.

She's not saying a word & I'd bet her lawyer told her to " Keep your mouth shut, every time you open it you dig a deeper sentence. ". honestly she was far more entertaining when shewas in Colorado and the Cop came and arrested her.

Thank you for the follow up. I am waiting for the next one, wondering what will happen to her. I hope for the best and pray for her recovery. I was addicted to methamphetamines for 10 years. Had enough of the people and life that comes with the drug use. I decided to quit on February 2, 2022. Haven't looked back. Been clean now for almost 14 months. I know one can do it, you just have to desire to be done with that life, before you can quit for good. I don't ever think about it, desire it, or want to use, ever again. I'm rooting for her.....

Congratulations on 14 months clean. I just celebrated 18 years clean from meth and am so blessed to be clean. She needs to want recovery and must change her playmates and playgrounds.

Thanks for the update wow doesn’t look like the same girl. I hope she continues to get better and especially comes to realize she has a chance at life. She’ll ultimately have to decide for herself to change her life no matter how long she’s in jail she alone has to follow through when she’s ultimately released. @@via7216 then you do not know how this disease works. It's not that simple. Addiction changes the chemistry of the brain. Also, there are people who are pre-disposed to addiction because there a gene runs in their family. I suggest you do reading under the American Society Addiction Medicine. Also look up the risk factors for genetic predisposition. Sometimes just choosing is not enough, it also means having the support of family and the healthcare community.

I agree with you, OSG, the defendant looks much more healthier than in previous videos. I think jail has done a lot of good for her in keeping her safe from herself and away from the streets where she gets involved in drug use. I was very happy to see her looking so bright and clear. The saga continues in April ...

Funny how she was all smiles and giggles until her arraignment was scheduled…..she really probably thought she was going to get a pass…..hoping she gets help but it doesn’t appear as though she’s learned an important lesson.
She can pretty much forget about her criminal justice major. It’s a relief.
Miss Green looked much more lucid and had clean hair this time! I sincerely hope she gets help for her addiction. That being said, if she got bonded out she would be long gone again, no doubt in my mind. Thank you for the video.

I have experience in this field. The people who get serious help are few and far between as it takes either luck or lots of money.

@@PAMELAPORTER-ci7mrthere is not enough space and money dedicated to recovery despite the ever growing need for treatment options. Treatment is inaccessible for too many people. And the options are further hindered by the stigma and people still stating that addiction is not a disease which is just factually inaccurate, unfortunately.

Dang, the labs were REALLY backed up. Originally back in November the judge was a little put out that the labs weren't ready. They didn't even start them until February 6th.
It's amazing how much different she looks with a little bit of clean time. It will get even better. I promise. I've been sober since February 2nd 2020. Thank God.
5:48 I 100% agree with you that she is visibly looking a whole lot healthier than in previous hearings. Especially compared to how she was looking on the day that she was surprised by an officer and arrested while on Zoom.
It is amazing how much better they can look in a short period of time. Just a month can make a big difference. I remember watching that show interventions. Some people you couldn't even recognize, in the follow ups.

Also, damn does it take waaaay too long to get anywhere with these cases.
From prior hearings (and general experience) it sounds like the police lab in this jurisdiction is an absolute mess. Judge Webster was irritated on more than one occasion at the length of time it was taking for the State to get the lab results.
The search sounds like it was a good one. The labs are probably going to be her best chance of fighting this, although unless there was a prior issue with the lab known to defense counsel, it would be an expensive endeavor to try and establish one (independent testing, expert testimony).
It's been that way for a long time. Perry Mason made it seem like the case was handled in a couple weeks. The revolving door is jam packed with ne-er do wells. Another aspect is fighting extradition, transport, not foregoing any step no matter how painfully obvious, unarguable.
It is truly insane how many court appearances are simply show up, wait 2 hours for your name to be called, only to schedule your appearance X number of weeks away.

At court originally and took accountability, I bet her charges would have been dismissed or at least minimal charges , but she was awol and lied to the judge , and didn’t follow any orders so she made her bed and made it all worse for herself

In Washington State she wouldn't have even received a ticket for these crimes. So we have drug addicts here that are not held accountable or helped with their addiction. Kansas, do not follow our lead.

Most of the time, if someone is arrested for drug offenses, they do not avail themselves of the help offered to them. Usually when someone finally gets help on their own, there is a chance they will succeed. Hopefully for Miss Green, she will be one of the few who decides to save her life, and accept the help she needs. One day at a time.
Usually when someone is arrested the court or their lawyer have them attend treatment to help mitigate the criminal charges and a majority of the time the defendant does enter treatment to avoid going to prison.

I didn't like the Judge in the first clip cutting off the prosecutor when she was explaining the defendant's bond and court history. Let the prosecutor make her case on the record even if you've already made your mind up Judge.
I think this is just an arraignment judge, not the regular judge. He is just trying to push the docket, the case is ultimately not before him and he heard enough to make a decision. It might seem rude but it’s like joe Friday in the dragnet shows. Just the facts ma’am.

It was an additional bond hearing which would require the Judge to know all the facts involving her past bonds and fleeing. The facts the prosecutor was trying to state were pertinent. Even though that Judge has all that paperwork in front of him it still needs read onto the record of the hearing involving him.
