I used to do 40 before watching this video now its 4
I used to do 24 before watching this and now 23 because my form is already good but now you made it better with breathing tip
I can do 15 "proper form" push ups, but since I saw this I can now do 13 "perfect form" push ups
After around 10 pushups it starts to load in me head
My arms hurt so bad every time I did a pushup, and know i know why. Thank you!
After going from 30 to 450 diamond pushups in 10 months, I realized I had to make a change. So I intuitively started spending 10 seconds per pushup. It felt much better and was in the end less time consuming, because every day 45min - 1 hour for a single set of pushups (450) was a bit too stressful for me.

That's what I'm talking about brother I tell people all the time if it ain't full range of motion it don't count
shouldnt you breathe in when pushing up for proper air intake and bloodflow?
I have a shoulder injury and I ain’t got a choice but to flare my shoulder to do press ups
used to do 35 before watching this.. now it's 15 😢
I used to do 23 then i improved a little and got to 14 now perfect form i can do 5 😅
Somehow i am having trouble with pushing my shoulder away from the ear when doing push up. Any advice?

Any advice how to keep sure shoulders away from your ears my shoulders move forwards which has caused be shoulder pain in the past every thing else is perfect though

Wait, inhale while going down and exhale while going up, bcz u need force to go up so u exhale air while going up.
