    What is B2 - also known as riboflavin? B2 is a water-soluble vitamin, so when you take it in, it has a relatively short half life. As a result it is very important to get daily intake so that you do not manifest the symptoms of b2 deficiency, such as:
    Photosensitivity
    Inflammation of the mouth
    Cracked or chapped lips
    Mouth Ulcers
    Magenta Tongue
    Fatigue
    Skin inflammation
    Less common, but still worth looking out for:
    Migraines
    Hair loss
    Sore throat
    Digestive issues
    Abnormal growth in babies

    I love your channel. ❤️ I’m a nurse practitioner and I do everything I can to reduce medications and treat naturally. Disease can be caused by long term nutrient deficiencies.

      Yes, I have both snips of MTHFR & had extensive bloodwork done that showed a deficiency of B2. I am always tired. I have the B2 from Seeking Health (400mg/capsule)I woke w a headache yesterday that I couldn’t shake & finally took 4 Ibuprofen & later took a B2. Relieved the headache & I feel so much better this morning. Would love more information on this, thanks!

    B cuz of u...I feel like a new person after taking B1, Bcomplex, n "sometimes" B12! Ur B1 video like all ur videos r so informative! Most all my co-wrks r on B1 n we talk about how great we r feeling with it! B2 video is on its way 2 my sister! Thank u from San Antonio TX!

      Parasites deplete B vitamins and minerals.
      There are many herbal andnother natural parasite cleanses besides a diet that doesn't feed them or contain them in the first place.
      They same as cancer or candida (IF they're not one and the same thing or at least linked!) thrive in an acidic body.
      So alkaline food is a good idea in my opinion.

    Thank you for this enlightening video. My friend told me about it. She takes it for Migraines headaches and good sleep. I have been taking it for a few months.I found out one egg is packed with B2. I will keep it in my evening diet🙂❣️

    Took 1.5 yrs to solve my daughters cracked lips. I saw 2 doctors, 2 naturopaths. I end3d up learning on you tube b2. Solved it.
    Unfortunately theres scaring.
    Side note, she also has a keloid scar on her chest.. any solutions for that?

    Can you please tell me which is best choice for light sensetive eyes always needing sunglasses is it capsules in the bottle are powder in the bag and how much mg should you take of vitamin b2 riboflavin for this problem?☺️ I've had it for years and would greatly appreciate for it to be over with

    Dr. Osborne. Please can you do a video on b2 and TMA( fish smell syndrome). I suffer from bad breath and body odour. All my vital are in great numbers. Im tired but hopeful as it has no cure.

    Great info!
    I have a sore throat almost every morning! Indigestion is my constant friend. There are little blisters in the inside of one cheek occasionally. Lately I've been having a headache in the morning, sometimes all day.

      FYI- I would recommend the Seeking Health B2, formulated by Dr Ben Lynch. It is 400mg/capsule & his stuff is Top Notch! You sound a lot like me w the morning headaches that sometimes last all day. I have MTHFR & showed deficient in B2 several years ago. A good B Complex is ok but adding extra B2 seems to be making a difference, I sure hope so!

    I have loss of smell and taste I wonder if this is related and also stuffy sinus maybe this is related to the gut issues too?

      I have heard some people say that thiamine (B1) restored their sense of smell.

    If I take methylated folate with my B complex will the methylation carry to the other B vitamins in the complex? Thank you for the BEST information channel on CZcams 🙏
