The thing is they only give referrals to people who have extremely good LinkedIn profile, like they check their amount of contribution in LinkedIn, their content, skills and followers they have So people who don't have a good profile especially for freshers it becomes very very tough.

It is a hard time indeed but dont give into the hate guys. It is what it is and move on. Wo din bhi ayega jaha tumhara bhi selection hoga. Bas jab tak aukat nai banti tab tak sar jhukake kaam karo.
Even in recession she got a job is really grt and here I am with 3 years of experience with 15lpa can't even find a decent 22lpa job. 😭I wish somebody gave me a referral.
One thing I liked in this video is you didn't interrupt her while she speaking often whereas other youtubers they keep interrupt the conversation and they speak more instead the guest

Hi, I have 5 Years of experience in IT industry, now I am working in MNC but still i am getting 4 LPA only, here I'm working as AWS DevOps engineer, but still I am not getting good opportunities and I companies are offering me in 1 digit only, please suggest me how can i negotiate for 2 digit ctc offer. I know with 5Years experience 4LPA is very less because of lake of knowledge and lake of guidance and while working in my first org I was preparing for govt exam. so these are the reason. I just need your help like how can I ask for 4LPA to 10-12LPA. Thankyou!
if company requires then definitely they will offer 100+ hike for the role. Once market comes to normal state and if you acquire good skillset in devops tools like IAC, Cloud and Git you will easily get 12+ package.
My key points: 1.) Reach for the opportunity 2.) If you have skills then you'll get opportunities 3.) You should have good coding profile like more number of questions solved in leetcode, codechef etc. 4.) Clones toh sab bna leta hai toh internship karo 5.) Stay hard!!!- David Goggins

Target 100% increment rightnie that's possible after a bit of negotiation. After 1 year make another switch you will easily get around 15 LPA
