I realize this video is a few months old so things may have been sorted by now but just in case......
The sound at the start of the video sounded like one of the chains was rattling against something. Then at about the 7:10 mark you showed the chain being stiff. You can lube the chains up to keep them moving freely and helps prevent rust. There are several types of products that you can use from cans like the high temp grease in your video to grease bars to spray on grease. Even a Dry Lube if rust is an issue in your area.
As for the clutch, gotta tear that puppy down completely. It looked dry as a bone in there. There are a couple of good videos here on YT on the complete process but it is a pain in the butt if you don't prepare ahead of time. Lots of people are so intimidated by the process that they just spend the $25 and go buy a new clutch. But the problem is...when you get it, it's dry as a bone too so you're still in the same boat.
Just tackle that puppy and tear it down. You'll be glad you did. You do have to apply a LIGHT coat of grease to several surfaces and sides of the clutches and plates as well as in the bearing races where you got in your video. Basically the only 2 surfaces you don't apply a light coat of grease is to the inside of the clutch ring where the shoes rub and on the shoe surfaces that make contact with the clutch ring. All the other surfaces get a light ..LIGHT...coat of grease so the clutches can slide back and forth as required. Even the groove where the spring lives gets a light coat of grease.
Then depending on how much you ride and the conditions, you gotta maintain that clutch 2 to 3 times a year.

The ONLY thing that needs lubed on these clutches is the bushing (a few drops of oil) or in this case the caged needle bearing with grease. All my 7 year old Coleman clutch got was grease for the bearing and it still works perfect.

I paused the video at 4:25. Your clutch is slipping too much. That can be caused by on and off the clutch slow speed riding, or purposely slipping the clutch from a start. You have to throttle it and go.
At the end of the video it seems you were riding too slow. That had to be clutch slippage. Once fully engaged you should have much more speed than that. What would happen if during that test if you would have gave it more throttle?
One of my Colemans still has a clutch and jackshaft. Once it engages the bike takes off like a bat outta hell. There is minimal slippage to full clutch engagement.

Not sure but your clutch is probably smoked. 35 bucks for new one.try that first before you start looking inside the engine.👍

Squeaky scratchy noise was from the clutch being not lubricated right? Mine just started making this noise too
