    Is it possible to get a video with a closer look? It is hard to see the tiny parts and measurements you are referring to from the camera distance.

    Hi, can u plss shows the yarn length for both heights? my machine is on the highest setting and I want to see if it's worth the hustle to adjust it

    I try to adjust pile hight to 10mm. When I adjust pusher - scissors to 10mm and lower bar to 45mm the pusher still sticks out too much from the foot at least 7mm. Any ideas what to do?

    Hello Jenny! You explain it very clearly. I just didn't see which part of the scissors should be at a height of 18mm from the pusher. Do you mean the very tip of the scissors or the corner? I am grateful in advance for the answer!

    Здравствуйте Дженни! Вы очень понятно объясняете. Не увидела только, какая часть ножниц должна быть на высоте 18мм от толкателя. Имеется в виду самый кончик ножниц или угол?

    • @Tuftinglove
      @Tuftinglove  Před 2 lety +1

      Hey Mieke,
      you can follow the scissors exchange tutorial. Underneath the scissors there is the counterpart of this little screw. So you can fix it back together :) czcams.com/video/4xTfyNnSJxU/video.html

I don't know what I can do to repair it.. do you know any adress where I could possible send it to get it put to the normal settings again? I'm prepared to pay for any shipping & repair cost.. but need it fixed 😩😩

      Hey there,
      where do you live and do you have an original AK-I?
      I think you should be able to probably fix it with our tutorial since we go through all the general settings as well.
      You can also send me an email to help@tuftinglove.com with some pictures or a video explaining the problem. I'm sure we can make it work :)
      best

    Just some advice, you should never adjust the threaded rods on any tufting machine. This really puts people that do this in a tight spot as you can not easily revert back as it is now set at a random length.
