Thank you for all your videos. You have been a godsend. The only thing I would add this is what happens when your pressure isn't consistent or strong enough. It took me like two hours of troubleshooting figuring out why it was looking weird.

thank u for making this i'm sure you were getting asked these questions so much haha
The amount of pics I get sent to me of new tufters cloth shredded hurts my heart đ so hopefully this helps!
Thank you so much. I have holes, especially on round parts. Now I will look at needle point direction. Also big loops happening quite often, I will follow your instructions. But if hole happen at the end of tufting how can I fix it?
đ so helpful
Good tips Good vibes thanks
Thank you very much
Great video! Learned a lot but I still have one question, my fabric got increasingly loose, I already applied the glue but I still have a lot of space in the same fabric for other pieces, can I stretch it again even with the glue?
I was wondering what kind of yarn winder you use? love the tips thank you
Really helpful tips. Thanks AJ. I love the way you say, very clear. I donât need subtitles to understand đđđ
Iâm glad to hear that!
Hey I was wondering if youâve ever experienced loop pile gun not being able to travel up the fabric? Iâm not entirely sure whatâs wrong but perhaps the needle doesnât retract back far enough for it to jump to another hole in fabric? Thanks đŹđ€đŒ
Hi, your videos are great and Iâm looking forward to getting into tufting!
I am really close to ordering my tufting kit but I would like to know in advance if the tufting fabric needs replacing after use?
I feel like Iâm going to make many mistakes so would like to prepare for them :/
It depends on your use. If there are a lot of holes, it may be easier to replace. But small holes can be worked around
SO excited to start my tufting journey, your videos are very informative :) PS where the heck did you find that shirt
hellomachine on Instagram!
thanks for the video! the link to adjust the issue with the cut pile not cutting is private for me though if you could change the settings would super appreciate it
Thank you so muchhhh
Hello good day,đ can u tell me how long of a time frame. It takes to get your tufting gun.
I ordered mine on the 25 june and still to this date. Its not been shipped out
Used your code a couple months ago now waiting for my rug to come in this April
me, too. i'm using this time to get everything ready. today i splurged and got some sewing machine oil from jo-ann's ($7.99), knowing WD-40 would probably be just as good. i also got four yards of black burlap ($3.99/yd.) to practice on, but if i can get away with using that i will. i get that tufting cloth is probably great to use, but it's just really hard to justify like 7x the price which has to be passed on to the customer if i don't have to.
there's a ton of things to do if you plan on selling rugs, and no one goes in depth about shipping at all. if you have stuff to do in a day like i do, these things just don't magically happen like it seems in videos. i'd tell anyone to give themselves about two weeks of prep time.
Thanks, for your explain use the machine the form correctly
Hey do you have a suggestion to where I could send or how I could fix my gun? The issue is that one day I was tufting with my gun and it just stopped working and the only way that I could get back working was by hold the cord by bending it as I tuft which was very annoying đ so now I feel like its a wire issue. So have you ever heard of this happening and how can I fix the gun? THX
I needed this video. I think my issue was not having the fabric tight enough.
That shirt is fire!
Thanks the for helpful video! I have a question/problem regarding cut pile. My gun is not cut/severing the yarn all the way thru. Is it supposed to sever completely? It is mostly cut, but not all the way. Iâm a beginner, Iâve pulled my fabric as tight as possible, and Iâve been applying hard pressure, but I canât get the yarn to look right/stay in the fabric. They fall out very fast, and theyâre slightly connected.
I love you and ur Tutorial. U make it easy for me to learn. Thanks for u code made my first purchase of tufting gun. Can u plz tell where i can get yarn from a trusted source away from tuff word ... I notice there are not alot of options.. What size yarn novice to purchase
DiNiceCreativeStudio on etsy will add yarn soon
Hi. Would the yarn pile come off when pulled or are they knotted at the back?
that deep breath .... I felt that :P
do you still use your "waterfall" technique for the finishing of your rugs?
Please make your âhow to fix cut pile not cutting videoâ public againđ« I just got mine yesterday and run into this problem sos
this video really helps! but how to i get the yarn unstuck from my gun! iâve tried everything please help âŠ..
Do you push the trigger only when the needle went to the other side of the cloth and the foot touches the fabric? My cloth(which is not primary tufting cloth) gets ripped when I push the needle in for the first time and when I take it out
Hi! Love your videos what fun did you buy? Need to buy one!
Gun**
I think what you show as Monk's Cloth vs Tufting Fabric is slightly in error. As as punch needler, I faced this same problem in the beginning. I think what you have in your frame is Monk's cloth and what you hold up to show as Monk's cloth is actually Aida cloth for needlepoint. There is a common misconception in craft stores that Aida cloth is Monk's cloth and may sell you that in place of true Monk's cloth.
It just feels like it goes so fast. How do you do outlines so well?
I want to tuft on a hard carpet[2-4mm thickness]. Which machine should I use for it???
Thank you for this Video! I am really frustrated at the Moment, thinking a Lot about giving Up the Project, but it's all a Matter of practicing more.
My biggest Problem is actually the gun itself. Very often the scissors leave their Position causing in a beeping gun. I'm Not Sure how to fix that. Maybe tighten the screw? I can't Contact the selling company anymore, they are gone...
Does anyone also has those issues?
Hi what do I do if Iâm tufting and my cloth starts getting loose? Is it a good idea to reattach it or will it mess my perfectly drawn image?
Hey, thanks for this but I can't seem to find the solution to the problem you listed last- the scissors not cutting and leaving loops :(
I was gonna buy the monks cloth but it said we donât offer shipping to Texasâčïž
Im having trouble with the backing not necessarily ripping but cut up and it shows in the design. So, then I have to cut/pluck each piece out.
The link in the description to show how to fix the cutting says it's private, are there any other demos you know of? I don't know how to fix my cut pile gun not cutting. My gun is brand new, I'm doing my first rug
you are so helpful! But the video âcut pile doesnât cutâ is private, can I please see it? I am right in that problem! thank you â„ïž
hey there thanks for the tips, just the CUT PILE ISN'T CUTTING | demo to fix, it private, you know where i can see that video?? im having exactly that problem :(
Iâm having the same problem right now and the link is private . I need these rug to be ready by tomorrow. Hope anyone can help us
Can you see together leftover tufting fabric so that it fits your frame?
Where did you get your turfing cloth?
My fabric becomes loose and sagging the longer I am tufting. I pull it as tight as I possibly can, too. I take a good 45 minutes to make sure it is straight. I am very new (2 rugs finished) so I'm not sure what I am doing wrong. My first rug was using Tuft The World's tufting fabric that came with my cut pile kit. My second rug was just cheap monks cloth to save my good stuff until I get better. They both got pretty saggy and loose, especially in the middle. Any suggestions?
I sometimes need to pull my fabric after tufting. Itâs normal for it to get a little loose over time. But you can tighten it as long as youâre doing it evenly around the border (so you donât make the lines youâve made crooked). Iâd also be curious to see if your frame is set up properly. You want to make sure the teeth of the edge is sticking outward so it holds the fabric tight. Feel free to dm me on IG if youâre still having trouble!
Hey! I just got my gun from Tuft the World and itâs not working. The red light comes on but itâs not moving. Can you help with that?
Please where can I get this machine am in Zambia
I have been facing a problem with my cutting pile gun itâs not cutting the wool :( and I tried everything I sharpened my scissor and adjusted the metal thing and still
Is there a way to adjust the hole size the yarn goes through? Iâve seen some videos and guy had about 7 lines running thu it đ€Ż
No, thereâs no way to change the size of the thread hole. Seven is pretty wild, it must have been very thin yarn đ
Yes there is. You have to unloosen the screw behind nose. Thereâs a video on adjusting the hole to prevent the yarn from slipping
I bought my cut pile from Etsy which looks very identical but the slowest speed definitely seems quicker than yours at your slowest speed. Wish I could find a way to get it slower so I can work at my speed :/
Hi can you please help me how I will be able to get that gun and the rug, please, I am located in Kenya
Curious as to why the "cut pile won't cut" video is private?
I bought my first tufting gun and when I tested it I noticed that the engine had a beep, is it normal?đ©
My tufting gun is only not putting holes into my cloth when I'm moving in the downward motion. How can this be fixed?
Does dull scissors make yarn pop out. My yarn keep popping out
I just got my gun and when I feed it threw it really tight going threw it and then when I punch it into the mesh itâs like the fabric is cutting on both sides and not even looping like itâs supposed to please help
Do you think cones are absolutely needed? Or can I just lay the yarn cakes down?
Cakes can probably work fine as long as the yarn comes off it easily (and doesnât get caught on anything). A good way to test is to pull the yarn directly up off the cake and see if it pulls smoothly.
I know you may not see this in time but Please Help! My gun keeps cutting off and I really need to get these rugs made by tomorrow, I donât know what to do and Iâm freaking out. What could be the issue? Every time I start to use it the light just dims out. It has never done it before and it now decides to do it when I need it the most. Please help
Be here now! :)
