hiya my guns arrived with the top of gun distance between bolts at 5cm/50mm, dyu think this is why it's so uneven when loop tufting? and if so how would you recommend adjusting this? thanks! ☺️

I think I deconfigured my machine and it doesn't work well, do you have the settings of all the parts of the machine, like lenght of the 2 bearings, the pusher, the needdle, the foot, in mm, i've watched the videos to change de lenght of the pile, but doesn´t give information about the complete machine just parts :( please

Hey,
if the gun fell, it's hard to tell without having the gun here. It could be anything from wrong settings (something moved during the impact) and a bendt part. Check it out by turing it by hand and check part after part. Sorry i can't help with more, but there are so many posibilities
After these changes, my tufting gun doesn't stop with the needle outside, it stops in any position and sometimes the needle stop inside. Can you help me?
You might have turned your sensor. Check out our sensor tutorial to solve this porblem :)

Can someone explain . Why my tuffting gun hole is covered by something underneath the needle. i can’t feed two strings or a thick yarn 🧶 through it. Please help anyone how can i push it back a little
The shutters trip is to adjust the size of your hole. You can adjust ist by loosening the black front screw on the top white moving block. Make sure you don't fully unscrew it, it sucks to bring it back together :) just loosen it and push it back with the smallest screwdriver you have. Tighten it back and you are ready to go :)
