    Very helpful! Now I can identify the horseweed when it's just starting to grow in my yard. Would be nice to have picture of the bloom, too.

    I've been researching this after finding it in my yard. As I understand it, the plant branches after it's been damaged (such as having the top eaten or broken off). I hadn't seen an actual example of it until this video though! Thanks for the info!

    It would be helpful to know what not only which parts are edible (I know you mentioned leaves and boiled roots) but how much of it you can consume without problems, is it toxic at certain doses, vitamins and minerals, etc 😊 I read elsewhere that the leaves can be dried and stored for up to a year and used as seasoning. Apparently, the taste is similar to tarragon?
