  • In the first part of my look at the different versions of Dracula in my collection, I focus on the two gorgeous standard and limited editions from The Folio Society.

I have the Folio Society limited edition as well. Personally, I think it's one of their best. I don't think there is another video on the limited edition out there, so it's nice to see this one. Thanks for making it. I will be looking forward to the other videos.

Really brilliant video as always. I will be searching for the Limited Edition.

Thanks for making this video of the Folio Society Dracula editions. The limited edition was certainly a huge improvement on the comparatively weak black & white illustrations of the standard edition. It's a shame it's so expensive now (over £800 a copy according to the latest eBay sales)!

Cool to finally see a presentation of the Foilio Society limited edition. I bought it too (I have the last copy, number 750) and it really is a masterpiece. Amaranthine edition released their limited edition almost at the same time. But I clearly prefer this one. Thanks.

Made my University Final pro-seminar paper on the the evolvement of the Vampire myth throughout the ages from East to West. Vlad Tsepes Darcul (aka La Dracul) as depicted by Bram Stoker was the the turning point where the myth could "travel" westwards to the US and Hollywood. - Yoram Laviv.

Great video, thanks ! I also have the Folio limited edition, but wondered how it stacked up to the Amaranthine one. Will be looking forward to your next videos. Cheers

Thank you! I love all the Dracula editions, but Folio and Amaranthine are among the finest.

I have both, and I can't say one is better than the other. They are both different, but awesome in their own way.

Hello everyone I have a question. Should I go for the limited Easton with the castle on the outside cover, the limited folio or amaranthine book for Dracula? I can afford each one.

Hi, this is a very difficult question and very subjective. I love all three but they are very different. If I could only have one, however, it would probably be the limited edition Folio Society, but they are all terrific.

I have searched for the limited edition of this book for years now and they are all stupid prices! God I hate learning of limited edition books after the release, same with the Steven Erikson Subterranean Press books.
